I’ve purchased maybe 8 cars in my lifetime and this lil Mitsubishi off Gladstone was truly my best experience! I casually put in an inquiry not thinking much of it and Lance was prompt in getting back to me in such a no pressure way. Now, I don’t know how common this is, but he let me test drive at my home and drove the car to me! He informed me all the little quirks of driving an EV and even pointed out the dings of the used car so that I wouldn’t be surprised! Lance was informative and felt like I was just hanging out with a friend - I forgot I was buying! I had some issues installing a charger and his supervisor, Matt, sent me THREE electrician’s numbers! He did my numbers via text and also we exchanged a few short low pressure calls. I had a very short window to pick up the car and he gathered my info remotely, so when I arrived, the paperwork was ready and I was on the road in 20 minutes! Brandon in finance was informative and not pushy and had some great stories as well. I can’t do enough for thank them for the EASIEST, MOST CONVENIENT buying experience I’ve had in a long time!

Not sure who owns/ runs this dealership but I was appalled with the sales staff and management.. My visit started off nice.. friendly, accommodating, good small talk. We test drove the car we went to look at and it checked all the boxes. We filled out paperwork, the sales manager came to chat with us and talk numbers.. I started negotiations which is pretty customary for most dealerships/ car buyers.. l asked for some off the top... Almost instantaneously his demeanor changed and he got aggressive with my wife and I. You can certainly tell me it's not happening or negotiate with me but the way he was talking to us was not cool. l asked for his manager. He came over and not only condoned it but really couldn't care less.. like business as usual right. At that point it wasn’t so much about price but the way I was being talked to we could have worked it out. Safe to say we were out of there! Not saying people will have unpleasant experiences here just offering some insight into the way I was handled. Not good.

Christian was an outstanding and very friendly salesperson. He went above and beyond by giving me a ride to and from the dealership so I would not have to get an Uber! Great service very patient and not pushy

Stay away if you don’t want to be scammed. Gladstone Mitsubishi sold us an electric car with the promise of delivering the next day and including a charger. They claimed that the 100+ point inspection showed all parts in good working order. When we signed, they changed the delivery date to 2 weeks later, then delivered the car dead without a charger so we couldn’t use it, leaving us with 1 vehicle and 2 commutes for days. After we finally got a charger, the charger port didn’t work, and the touch screen that operates all major functions on the car stopped working within a few days. To each major issue that arose, the finance manager Shay claimed there was nothing he could do, which is patently untrue. I’ve purchased dozens of vehicles in my life. This is the single time I’ve experienced this kind of stereotypically dishonest “used car salesman” behavior. If you don’t want to be cheated, stay far away from Gladstone Mitsubishi.
