Refuses to honor dealer warranty; upon research, we found over 16 consumer complaints have been submitted to the Oregon's DOJ due to their unethical practice. Go elsewhere! Unless you just want to give them your money.

Great Dealership
I was looking at a 2015 Ford F-150 that they had listed on their website. I made an appointment with Alec and came in the next day to look at it. He and the team at Gladstone Mitsubishi made sure that all my needs were met and I was happy. The buying process was very smooth and easy. I didn't feel forced or pressured like at the other dealerships I visited prior! Loved the team and hospitality provided.

What a scam
I don’t like being told that I am a liar or that my car is not what I said it was and argue with me about it I have several documents that show what my cars value and model are don’t go here waste of time and they just try to get a bunch of money out of you

False representation of vehicle
Found a 2015 Ford F350 platinum (62k miles) posted online by this dealership. I was working 5 hours away so I had lots of back and forth conversations between myself and the sales rep. He assured me the truck was in “showroom condition” and he was very familiar with the vehicle. I was also told it was a local PNW 1 owner vehicle. After doing my own Carfax, I learned it actually came from Canada. I thought it might have been some sort of miscommunication but gave Gladstone Mitsubishi the benefit of the doubt. Immediately I was concerned with the condition of the trucks rust or undercarriage condition, I was immediately reassured that the truck was in great shape and not to worry about it. After negotiating a price over the phone and scheduling a time to come look at the truck I made the drive down. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the salesman I had been working with, shown to the truck. Right away I crawled underneath to address my biggest concerns. It had clearly been undercoated (painted) over existing rust. After walking around the exterior it was obvious of surface rust on multiple areas of the doors/fenders. When asked what I thought about the truck, I told the sales guy my concerns of the rust and paying premium dollar for a nice/newer truck. His response was “We can’t negotiate anymore on the price today. The general manager of the store saw you climb underneath the truck when you got here and knew you wouldn’t buy it.” He then decided that regardless of the price, he wouldn’t feel comfortable selling me the truck because the dealership never should’ve put it on the lot in the first place. I specifically asked these questions before making the drive down and was told anything it would take to get me there. I will NEVER return to this dealership/franchise. I would never recommend this dealership to any friends. Please do yourself a favor, look elsewhere for your next vehicle.

Follow up is non existent
I bought a vehicle 5 months ago with 3 items they said they would fix. To this day they have not followed up on nor have they fixed. Sent me a part for one thing that did not fix the problem. Good at sales, but horrible at following up to make sure the customer is happy. Will never buy here ever again!! Can't give zero Stars so gave only 1 star.

Efficient,Honest,people to work on.
First my lower arm controller was spotted to be in dangerous condition as all of us know “safety” comes first secondly my abs & sac light comes on set a code also their unique values I love it for example the supplying of parts by the owner is awesome they allow it so next my bearing front is something to be change before resetting the code but proffetionally they examine the bearing before putting it and it comes out to be ok they just reset the code and it works fairly I paid 1 hr. Of trouble shooting labor equipment usage shop usage tools and etc. 120/hr. - 12% discount = 108 not bad!

Excellent Service, No pressure
Moss in the sales depression was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable in the truck I purchased and was very helpful in the buying process. Even though there was a delay in the purchasing of the vehicle Gladstone Mitsubishi was very helpful and patient with me. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to shop at Gladstone Mitsubishi.
