Well this place is a scam .

Well this place is a scam . They sold me and my wife a 2016 f350 40 minutes after leaving the check engine light came on I called them they said the would fix it . So before I took it back there I went and had the check engine scanned so I knew what was wrong .when I got it back I showed them and they said they would fix it . But what they did was take to a tune shop and reset the light they had it for a week and I asked several times where is it they said they didn't know when they did .then they called and said it was fixed again. I'm sure you can guess yep the engine light came on again I took it to a shop to see what was wrong and they told that the fuel injector number 4 number 7 number were no good and the rest were going bad at the end I had to pay 6k to get me truck on the road Danny,Brandon are scammers and this dealership rips honest work people off I've tried several times to call them and always there not available worst company to ever deal with they will lie to your face DO NOT GO TO GLADSTONE MITSUBISHI EVER!!!!!!! xxxxxxxx 1

Fleeced Gladstone Mitsubishi got me this time—don’t

Fleeced Gladstone Mitsubishi got me this time—don’t let it be you. I recently purchased a 2017 Sienna XLE from Andy at the Gladstone Mitsubishi store and was totally fleeced in the process. The car’s engine made a whirring sound in the parking lot and I was assured that it’s from a new timing belt that they just installed. Given my reservations, Andy further assured me that the dealership would draft a We Owe clause in my contract that would protect me for any issues related to the sound. After purchasing the vehicle, the floor manager, Danny, reported to me that the shop looked into the issue and diagnosed the root cause as leaves in the motor. I was hesitant to accept their diagnosis but purchased the vehicle regardless, assuming that I could exercise my We Owe contract if the sound returned. After the sound returned and had obviously not been resolved, I contacted Andy and was greeted with a smug attitude that screamed “I got you”. He at that point communicated to me that the We Owe only held Gladstone Mitsubishi accountable to “check” the sound, not resolve it—what good is that to me? I was fooled by the way Gladstone Mitsubishi drafted their We Owe statement and I was foolish enough the believe that my salesman was honest in his communication. Unfortunately for me, Gladstone Mitsubishi really fortifies the horrible reputation that used car salesmen have. I don’t know where to send you for an honest used car sale, but I know it isn’t here—take your money elsewhere. These guys are jokes and don’t deserve your time or money.

Found the exact vehicle I wanted (2021 Toyota Highlander

Found the exact vehicle I wanted (2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited) in the exact color and equipment I needed on their website. I spoke to Brandon Coulter and we agreed on a trade in value and price on 3/19/2024. So far, so good. I then received electronic paperwork that included a trade in value of $500 less than agreed without any explanation whatsoever. I called and told them I wasn't going to sign the deal as it was not what we agreed to. He put me on hold and then came back and said they would make the change. I received a second set of paperwork with the right trade in value from someone named Christian Williams who claimed to be a "Finance Manager". The second set of paperwork included the appropriate Sales Tax for WA where I need to register my car, and we agreed I would pick it up on 3/24/2024. I picked it up and before I could leave, I was asked to sign a third set of paperwork - they indicated the state wants a 'wet signature' on the documents - no copy was given to me. I've asked multiple times for a copy of the "wet signature" documents and have yet to receive them. The temporary tag on the back window expired 3/16/2024 and it is now 3/18/2024 and I do not have my WA registration or plates. So I have a car I bought in OR that I cannot drive legally in WA state because of the incompetence of Gladstone Mitsubishi. From what I can tell, they charged me ~$2900 for Sales Tax and the DOL estimate I got to register it was a little over $2200 so I am expecting someone to refund me the difference as the ~$2900 was included in my financing. Every time I call I get someone different who gives me a different answer that is less than helpful. This dealership is the worst of the worse and if I hadn't found the exact vehicle I wanted, I would have walked away. Untrustworthy car dealer.

Pushy salespeople

They harass you and are rude to you when you tell them you can’t afford the 1,200$ payment for a 30k loan. After you tell them you really can’t afford it they try to pressure you to sign.

NOT A GOOD PLACE TO BUY A VEHICLE The cars and trucks

NOT A GOOD PLACE TO BUY A VEHICLE The cars and trucks look good, that's because they try to polish and hide the damage. I bought a nearly new F150. it was shined up pretty good, but after i bought it, i had it detailed. it was determined that the paint was nearly buffed thru trying to hide the damage. Gladstone Mitsubishi practices the same underhanded methods as would be found at dealerships on 82nd.

Wish I could give zero stars.

Wish I could give zero stars. BUYER BEWARE!! I do NOT recommend Gladstone Mitsubishi and if you buy from there I do NOT recommend Brandon Keller as a sells person. He is terrible, rude, and disrespectful (and before the dealership or Brandon try to add a rebuttal - after he was rude and disrespectful I gave him a piece of my mind and colorfully told him he was the most worthless xxx salesman I have ever dealt with at which point I would not deal with him anymore)!! These people have no clue what they are doing and have no problems being rude to buyers and will not take responsibility for their mistakes. The manager kept saying they were a new company and to have patience. My son purchased this car from Gladstone Mitsubishi and paid for the car and shipping in full. Car was shipped more than a week ago but they dropped the ball and never ship the title. When the salesman was contacted to get information he was rude and kept cutting me off and wouldn’t let me even finish my questions. He said it wasn’t his job and that the title manager was in charge of the title. When I asked him to hand me over to the title manager he refused. The car is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow and the title has yet to be sent. They still have it in their possession. After speaking to the manager they planned to ship the title directly to a local DMV instead of the buyer! Now the car is going to arrive and no way of getting tags for several days. They also refused to provide a 30 day tag due to THEIR mistake and when requested a bill of sell they refused again and sent a buyers settlement. I guess the car is supposed to be a lawn ornament in the front yard. I would NOT recommend the dealership as they have no clue what they are doing and don’t care if they do their jobs or not.
