Second vehicle purchased at Gladstone Mitsubishi and we will go back again! Jered, Steve and John made everything so easy. We were in and out quickly and they got us the best deal possible. You won’t be disappointed!

I knew the figures going in and was very happy with the first offer. Didn't even try the ridiculous first offer you get elsewhere with thousands down and a horrific payment! I've never walked away from a car transaction liking my salesperson before, but Ray is now the exception! This is my second new Mitsubishi from Gladstone Mitsubishi, and this experience was, hands down, far superior to my experience there even 4 years ago. If you haven't been there for a while, but had a less than great experience, stop in and give them another shot. Just don't expect them to circle you like vultures when you drive up, it's not going to happen.

After visiting Gladstone Mitsubishi and finding the Jeep I've always wanted I still decided (per my hubbys request) that I should shop around a bit. I visited a few other car lots that same day and was haggled all over the place. I went home that evening feeling tired and stressed. I even cried!!! The next morning I received a call from Ray from Gladstone Mitsubishi...he asked how my luck went on finding a Jeep. We talked some more on prices and it was then that we came up with a deal that I was excited about! He was attentive and very friendly. He even had all the paperwork ready to just be signed and delivered my beautiful new jeep to my front door!! Mind you I live over an hour away up The Columbia River Gorge! Paperwork was effortless!! I had the keys in my hand within 10 minutes! And out he drove in the car I had traded in!! Wow! Now that my friends is Customer Service at it's BEST!! Simply fabulous Gladstone Mitsubishi!! We shopped at ATS a few times this week trying to narrow down the car size to suit our needs. After trying car seats in about 5 cars we found an accord that was perfect at Gladstone Mitsubishi. We worked with Thomas to go on 2 separate test drives and he was so helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy in any way. We even took overnight to think about our decision to be sure it was right and he was super patient and accommodating. We feel great about our choice! I highly recommend asking for Thomas when you come!!!

I came in not sure of what kind of car/SUV I was wanting, I also was really hoping for an honest opinion as to what would be the best route for me to go to continue on building my credit. David was able to take the info that I gave him and help me not only find a car that I love but I was also able to keep within my budget and feel safe in my choice:) I have not ever felt so taken care of through this process of buying a car as I did today, thank you David G. and I will for sure be telling everyone about my experience at Gladstone Mitsubishi!

This was our second time around and the buying process from looking, then driving and then purchasing didn't change from the first time that we purchased our vehicles at Gladstone. Very Professional, didn't try to sell us something we didn't want.

The best car shopping experience ever I got a brand-new car and was in and out in less than two hours they even offered my son snacks and let him watch whatever you want it on TV David Gahl was my sales man and he was absolutely amazing if I could give 10 stars I would but since it's a five star rating you get five stars in my book

Our Honda Element died. Needed replacement. Used Consumer Reports to view cars. Found nice Prius used at Gladstone Mitsubishi. We are a retired and bought last new car in 2011. Every interaction we had at this dealer was positive. They took their time, allowed us to have the car taken to our mechanic even though, they had done an inspection. Then they allowed us to purchase a service contract where we could take the car to Tom Dwyer, our mechanic rather than having to take it to their shop and they did the repairs{2 minor items} our presale inspection requested. Never written a review before but Ray, John, Damon were all very professional. Things have changed from the old days. You could even contact me if you wish to check out my story.
