Thank you Queen City and especially for Patrick and Stephen for keeping my car running smoothly after 7 years strong, and also fixing my air when it went out and making sure everything on my car is up to date.

New Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross

Awesome salespeople and easy financing. We were in and out in under a hour. Mike helped us out in every way possible to get us the best monthly payment and financial terms. This is our 4th car from them in 10 years and we will always be lifelong customers and supporters. I would like to give my condolences to the dealership and Phil's family. I have known Phil since the early 2000's and he always had a big heart and awesome personality.

Lost a loyal customer

I have been going to Mitsubishi on South Boulevard for at least 5 years to service my vehicle . And until recently seems like the staff has change and so has the customer service. I had a scheduled oil change for 7:30am on Tuesday March 28th, I arrived at 7:25 seems normal to show up a few minutes early. I saw people inside one working on a car, one standing doing nothing, one unpacking boxes(my point is there was staff there). So I go to the door which was locked, I know they saw me walk up, but they continued to work as if I was not at the door or as if you were not expecting and appointment. So when the guy finally comes to the door, his question was how he could help me ,again as if you were not expecting me and stood in the door so I could not enter. So I said I have a 7:30 appointment , his response was their staff was not there, I asked what time will they be here ? Remember I have been going here, so I know the guy who changes oil and he was standing there doing nothing. He replied 7:30, it’s 7:25. He did not invite me in to get checked in nor did he say anything else, so I went back to my car. As I sat there, I decided to leave because he was rude and I refuse to pay my money to them. And with the attitude he had I didn’t want them working on my car. They have lost me as a customer. Let me add I heard nothing from them, I got a text Friday March 31, that I missed my appointment and could reschedule.

Employee Patrick was extremely helpful not only with taking care of our emergency car situation and also with his friendliness, guidance and willingness to help. Check engine light on

Not satisfied with the service been there twice since last Thursday problem still not fixed says the part is not in stock car still not running right

Dianne, We have advised you of the problem with your vehicle and a way for you to potentially fix it. After you have ran through 3 tanks of premium fuel as we suggested, if the problem still persists, bring the vehicle back in and we will check it again.

Excellent Customer service

Looking for a good car

I went to the dealership looking for a used car not expecting to get a car at all. However I drove away in a new 2022 Outlander Sport.
