Quiet, fast, and comfortable!

This is my fourth Audi and won’t be my last. As with the other three, my Q5 delivers quiet power, a fun driving experience, and a tranquil, well-controlled ride. The interior oozes luxury, the “glass cockpit” is right out of an F-22, the B&O stereo is superb, and so far, as with my preceding three Audis, I’ve had not a single problem with the car! I live it!

nice car

Just traded in our Ford Flex. The Q5 has a smaller wheel base. It is more responsive, but not as smooth as expected. Yet, it is a very comfortable ride. The dash is ver high tech, a lot to learn.

Snow removal brine permanently stains grille

The vehicle is better than the Audi customer service! Driving in Colorado, the snow removal salt or brine stains permanently the metallic parts of the grille. Dealership is aware of the problem. Customer service claims this is due to weather and thus not a default of the car. But the metal is no longer quality chrome like on the 2017 wich, driven in the same circumstances does not stain permanently.

Like most German cars, a very good quality vehicle

This is a wonderfully engineered car - I’ve owned many and am very impressed with the Audi. Controls on touch screen and center console are not the easiest to learn and have a different layout from most America cars. Once you learn them, things work well.

Expensive to buy, worse to own

Expensive to buy vs. similar vehicles, but good styling and prestige. Better value than BMW. Outrageously expensive to own and service. Dealers charge hundreds of dollars for what is essentially an oil change. Long waits to get in for service. Friend with a Lexus has a much better experience.

Great Car

Best car I have owned. Great pick-up and very comfortable to drive. I have owned 5 BMWs and this car is much superior. Perfect size SUV.

Excellent!

Bought the year-old CPO Q5 to replace an Acura MDX and are very pleased. Good performance from the 2.0 liter engine, very comfortable interior, responsive brakes and steering and fine handling /ride. Radio/phone/nav system is complicated and takes a little learning and practice. This is our fourth Audi and we love them!

Fun Car to Drive and Functional

I have owned the Audi Q5 for a little over a year and so far this car has been outstanding. It accelerates quickly with no hesitation on trying to get into the right gear. The Q5 drives like a sporty sedan yet delivers the functionality of an SUV. I look forward to driving this car every time I get in it. Plus, we just returned from a trip to Napa with an average MPG of just over 30. On fill up, the range was about 525 miles. It is roomy enough for four adults (comfortably) and there is plenty of cargo space in the back. On our Napa trip, we drove for 9 hours without feeling fatigued or beat up by the time we arrived. The only things Audi could improve upon are the size of the cup holders and a little more storage space in the console, which is the reason for the 4 stars on Interior Design. However, that would not keep me from buying another Q5 in the future. Fun to drive, functionality and good gas mileage - what more can I say.
