Best Camaro Ever

I owned a 69 Z-28 in 1970 and am amazed how great the new Camaro looks and performs. I opted for the LT with the V6 and automatic and love the car! The overall performance is great and mileage was a surprising 30mpg driving from Seattle to Pismo Beach California. Some features I really like are the halo headlights, outstanding stereo system, 20" wheels and great retro styling. Really an fun car!

I love it

I am 45 years old and have always done the right thing, or correct for age, economy, and family. Well I would see this car on the street and dream. I live on the east coast so rear wheel drive isnt the smartest thing to do. My trade in was Infiniti g35x, which could drive through snow like a truck. So making this decision was daring to say the least. Now this is where I am, while in the gym I only park where I can see it from the window, while others are looking in the mirrors at themselves I watching my "camaro"! I find a reason to drive and I have no where to go. I have never felt this way about a car and I am affraid to analysis what that feeling is. I really like the onstar turn by turn, and the app on my android where I can start it, check oil, gas, and tire pressure is really bringing me into the future. I am also proud to own an american car for the first time in over 20 years.....Thanks Chavy

Best performing car - ever..

I have owned my red jewel tintcoat camaro SS for over a year - a real head turner with lots of power. Ride is smoth - not stiff - yet responsive. Get the Boston Acustic stereo and enjoy the ride. I will keep this car forever!!

Good Car, But Needs Improvement

I'll start off by saying that the Camaro is a great looking car with exellent performance and price. My only real issue with this car is that the cabin is mis-engineered. I'm 5'10" and my hair is touching the roof with the seat all the way back. With the seat in this position, I feel like some ghetto gangster driving this car and the clutch is difficult to reach. As far as what MotorTrend has to say, "Who Cares". Their 2010 Car of the Year was a VW GTI which is a pretty lame automobile. I wonder how much VW paid MotorTrend to get the "Car of the Year spot. Don't listen to what some biased magazine has to say. Make the decision on your own.

Excellent

Great car, smooth handling, good brakes, amazing HUD, and my synergy green is awesome. Test drove comparable Hyundai Genesis coupe before purchasing, and this drive is much smoother.

So Impressed, I Bought 2

I bought my wife a 2011 Yellow Automatic V6 in August. I was so impressed by it I went back in September and bought a 2011 White M6 SS for myself. I do not have one thing negative to say about our experiences. Looks great, drives great, and both have enough performance for both of our needs. I test drove the 2011 Mustang and 2011 Dodge Challenger before making my decision. It wasn't even close. (1) Camaro (2) Mustang (3) Challenger.

Great car, bad paint finish

Bought the 2011 Camaro 2LT with the new HUD feature. Both qtrs were dented from the inside out, missing paint with primer showing on A pillars and edge of front fenders, couple dust particles and fish eyes in one door. Overall best Chevy I've ever owned with really poor quality control on the paint finish dating back to the 80's. Really fun to drive, get stopped all the time by interested people with questions and comments.
