Cobalt LS
I bought chevy cobalt 3 months ago,so far its great. I test drove others like, focus, corlla and a civic. They were all over rated and over priced. I was relieved when I found the cobalt LS. I was looking for compact car w/good gas milage and great for commute. I get an average of 38 mpg hwy.

good value
Ive only had my cobalt for a few weeks and am pretty happy so far, it handles well, gets good fuel mileage so far. the only complaints so far is that it doesnt come with defrost on the exterior rear view mirrors and no dome light except on the rearview mirror because I have the power sunroof. otherwise I am very happy thus far, styling is good but not cutting edge but that doesnt make it any less of a good car. Ive read comments from people slamming it because it's not as refined as civic or corolla, but they've had 30+ yrs to get it right. a good effort and a step in the right direction. Keep up the good work chevy!

Great value
I bought a no-frills LS coupe recently, and the fuel mileage is real. I'm getting 38+ mpg on the highway and 30 in suburban driving. The additions for the 2009 model year seem to be worth the wait--the XFE is amazing, and XM radio and OnStar are now standard. I'm not a small person, and the front seats provide more than ample room. The reviews say that the back seat is too cramped, and I'd agree but wouldn't want to sacrifice any front space. My only complaint is that the blind spot visibility through the side windows on the coupe is minimal--you have to use the mirrors.
