Bad transmission

I bought my 2016 Impala in July of 17. It had 20, 000 miles. I currently have 70, 000 miles on it and the transmission went out .

Economical with some serious comfort

Tons of room inside and extremely comfortable deep and wide seats. Drives super smooth and gets great gas mileage. Maintenance free besides the normal routine stuff

UNreliable

Most UNreliable car I've ever owned. Looks nice but that's the only positive. The V6 is a freaking Joke. My Ford fiesta is more responsive and will probably beat it in a drag race.

Worst car I’ve owned

This car has been nothing but problems since I bought it. Now my evaporator vote is broken and it’s not bc of something I did they say it’s from freezing and thawing over and over. Dealership says basically that it’s my problem even though I have a paper that says it’s to be fixed free of charge. Junk

Great Car

I purchase my 2016 Impala used with 20k miles on it. In two years I've added 28k miles. This car has been amazing, no issues, smooth quiet ride, nice acceleration, and hold five adults comfortably even behind me and I'm 6'6. I love all the tech features like built in Wifi, Android auto, Apple CarPlay, collision alert, lane departure, blind spot monitoring, cross traffic alert, dual climate control, heated seats, the ability to connect to ipod behind hidden dash. The black leather is perfect when having a five year old. The my chevy app is amazing. You can stop/start vehicle, sound alarm and lights, locate vehicle, setup a location alert for when the vehicle comes or leaves a designated area, you can setup alarm notification so if the vehicle alarm goes off you can be notified by phone or email. You also can track your fuel, tires, oil life, total mileage, trip mileage, total MPG and trip MPG. I've been on several long trips and it's comfortable ride and I averaged around 28 to 30 MPG on long trips for a full size 305 HP car that is pretty good. It's also a beautiful car that has aged well compared to other cars. I do regular maintenance like I did with all other cars. I hope to get as many miles with this car with limited issue like I did my Acura TL. This by far the most impressive car I have owned.

Great Car

Purchased this car (a program car) in 2016. This is the third Chevrolet Impala we have owned and have had excellent service from each. Traded the last one (a 2002) in on this 2016 at 226,000 miles.

I love my Impala! Good gas mileage, handling is great, and never have had an issue with it! One of the most reliable cars I have ever owned! A lot of bang for your buck!

YNVMYCHVYLTZ

The 2016 Chevy Impala LTZ looks and rides as if it is fresh out the box. I purchased this car as a certified, preowned vehicle, with only 1 previous owner. It is fully loaded. It is FWD, but has power, so you won?t get left behind. However, it looks like a luxury vehicle and has the ability to drive like one as well. I love this car! With the lane departure warning system and other safety features, I will feel safe passing this car to on to my son once he graduates high school!
