2016 Chevrolet Impala consumer reviews

I thought I got a good car but boy was I wrong. Hadn?t had it a year and a valve blow in it .oil shot out all over the top of motor and the oil was blowing out the back of car no light or nothing until after it happen. Then they tell me it was the o2 sensor and that they didn?t know why it did that what a joke . chevrolet doesn?t stand good for their cars anymore . they didn?t charge me for the Valve but they did for the sensor. I don?t think they should of charge me anything because of what happen. Chevrolet need to stand good for their car instead of stabbing their customers in the back

Great buy for the year I couldn't get a better milage. 2016, 15,000 miles, fully loaded. It looks great, rides smooth, got great ratings, my family loves it too!

2016 Chevrolet Impala--Ice Blue metallic. very nice vehicle, quality ride and comfortable. Lt with 2LT package---tech very high level. performance-3.6L engine---responsive and impressive. Stands with any vehicle I have ever had---one of the nicest vehicles I have owned.

The Impala is a great car and is seriously underrated. This car is comfortable, great on gas, and the 305hp you get from the 3.6L V6 are more than enough to get this car going. For a large sedan it handles very well also. I'd explain the handling as very predictable. It doesn't surprise you so you can be confident the car will do what you need to during sudden maneuvers. I gave the car 4 stars in performance because it almost has too much power for a front wheel drive car. When you put your foot down hard, you need to be ready to have both hands on the steering wheel as a result of torque steer. The car has a beautiful interior that feels premium all around. Theres plenty of space for the front and rear passengers and the trunk is massive. I've been able to fit full sized mountain bikes, large TVs and all kinds of other cargo in back. The folding rear seats also allow for a large opening to expand the storage area. The car has Chevy's MyLink infotainment system. MyLink is one of the better touchscreen infotainment systems. It has a lot of features, but is very well laid out and easy to use without needing a Computer Science degree just to operate it. The standard sound system is also surprisingly good. It has a lot of bass for a stock system and sounds incredibly clear at high volumes. Overall this car is a great highway and city cruiser. It's easy to hop in and knock out hundreds of mile, or just commute to work. Whatever you need, the Impala delivers.

I like it for its performance and still getting 33 on the highway. It is also a great used car value. Hard to get this much bang for the buck. Also I am a 6'2" 230lb man and it is a larger car for larger person!

My Impala is not only a breeze to drive but it gets me where I need to go safely with lots of room for passengers great car

This car was exactly what I was looking for I had a 2015 Chevy Equinox and if it would have had the 3.6 liter 6 cylinder I probably would have kept it but it didn't it had the 4-cylinder so I got an incredible deal on a 2016 Chevy Impala lt2 and it is beautiful inside and out

For being a sedan this car has easy access for tall,large and older people. Seating is comfortable but firm, with plenty of leg room in the backseat with front seats all the way back. I have an LT and the ride is on the firm side, minimal engine noise inside of cabin. Controls for AC/htr. radio etc. easy to reach and on steering wheel, once you figure out what everything does. Large trunk, and with backseats folded down you can haul alot. Being an older person 65+ it has taken awhile to learn all the ins and outs of this car. Bought this car with 18K miles used. Cons would be rear and side visibility, pricing for Sirius and On Star, and with the low front clearance you will scrape on inclined drives.

Just commit all of my expectations there was plenty legroom it actually made me feel very tiny which I like I love big buddy cars that passed the test and very smooth ride car was very big for my family I plan on buying this car in the next month I also love the interior the back up camera which I will spoiled from driving my cousins car and I also love the woodgrain look And I also really love the trunk it?s so spacious when I?m taking road trips I won?t have to worry about renting a truck or a van because this trunk is amazing it can fit almost anything in there and I also really love the trunk it?s so spacious when I?m taking road trips I won?t have to worry about renting a truck or the van because this trunk is amazing it can fit almost anything in there
