Perfect size for me

I like it because it is comfortable. It rides really well. There is plenty of space in front and the back, s o you are not squashed in. The only two things I do not like about it is, it is not really good on gas, and there is a third head rest in the back seat which covers some of my view in review mirror. Overall it is a very good vehicle.

Feel safe driving it!

My Escape gives me the comfort, safety and dependability I need for Ohio winters. My husband gave this to me as a birthday gift. He feels better knowing I and Rick,g this

Never had Large expensive repairs

I like the height of the drivers seat, the visibility through car windshield, and responsiveness of the vehicle. I had 130,000 miles on the car and could have driven it a lot longer. I never had to make any major repairs - just replace tires! Excellent vehicle.

Gets me from point A to point B

Runs Well, but had a few problems that had to be fixed before I bought it. The car gets pretty good gas mileage for a v6 engine.

Unbelievable Value

Bought it new 12 years ago, V-6 with sunroof. Has 135k miles on it and runs as new. No major mechanical problems. Bought it over many other SUVS because of the front seats (have a bad back). I really lucked out. This was my first Ford, and plan to keep it. Always garage parked and looks brand new. Prefer the styling over newer models. I'm 75 and have owned over 15 autos. This one tops them all! One great vehicle.

Excellent condition, just needs a driver!

Great car. Runs and drives well. Perfect car for someone who wants an SUV but not a giant one! Handles like a dream in the snow but perfect on a beautiful day too!

Most reliable car

I really love this car! This was my first car that I purchased by myself and I'm so glad I did. It's very roomy and comfy inside. Drives wonderful as well.

Worst vehicle I have ever owned

It has been plagued with problems since almost the time we got it. Started having issued with the electrical system early on where the car alarm kept going off. The dealership couldn't find the issue and couldn't disconnect the alarm, only the sound which would have left us with a dead battery. This seems to be an issue with this model year. The radio died. Now the engine died from throwing a rod, despite following all recommended service. This car was very lightly used-- generally a 10 minute trip to and from work a day and a vacation to the beach once a year.
