Love my Escape!

This is a good car - was great change in gas mileage compared to my Dodge Ram. Rear window actuators both went out but learned how to fix it myself!

Test drove it and fell in love!

Gives you the truck feel, but is still compact! It meets all my needs and is perfect for 4 seasons. -especially the snow. Very reliable and stylish.

Things were going great until now

I contacted Ford and my dealership about the power steering recall that applied to the make and model of Ford Escape Hybrid that I own. After checking the VIN number, they tell me that my car is not part of the recall. However, my power steering has gone out and there has never been any other trouble with this vehicle. After making these phone calls I got stonewalled at the end, so I guess I have no recourse. It's very disappointing.

Good car considering the price

This car is a pretty good first car for anyone looking to upgrade from a car to a suv. This vehicle is sporty and perfect to tool around town in, even with the 4 cylinder engine mine had in it. The rear cargo area was decently spacious as well, supposed to newer vehicles today that compromise the cargo area for more cabin space. My only complaint was the beige cloth interior that did not fare well at all with my kids, even water would strain the seats. Barring that, my family Simone or grew the vehicle, which is why I just used it via trade-in on a new lease. All in all, I would recommend this vehicle.

clean

It fits my needs. I have been walking, riding public tansportation and begging ppl wor a ride. I see that a down payment is not needed. I could handle the amount of the note which shows $180.00. I am 61 yrs young. Im an Air Force vet so is my companion. He also receives 735$ monthly, he's 63yrs old.

I really liked this car

This was a great car to own right out of college. I drove it everyday to work and on a lot of vacations. Great amount of storage space.
