Love the vehicle; exactly what I was looking for. Fit my needs perfectly, super clean and exactly what was described to me over the phone. Super low miles too. Crystal was amazing to work with, honest all the way. Quick and easy. Don’t buy from anyone else. McCarty’s is definitely the place to go and I recommend to everyone. I will definitely be back and won’t go anywhere else.

This car is amazing and great. Lacks on gas mileage compared to what I am used to but handling over the winter weather is amazing. Best vehicle I have ever had for Ohio weather.

Great looking. Miller did an outstanding job in prepping it for my purchase. I like sitting higher up to see down the road. Sharp interior.

Haven't had it long enough to say what reliability is but love the truck like ride. Love the features also. Gas mileage could b better but not bad.

I was looking to replace an aging 2007 Forester with another Forester but after test driving a used 2012 Escape with the older body style and the V6 3.0 engine I began to be attracted to the classic looks, powerful engine, and overall solidity of the vehicle. So I looked around for a couple of weeks wanting the top Limited I finally settled on the XLT with V6, leather, moonroof, and SYNC. So far so good and the gas mileage is not bad. There is still E85 gas around and this vehicle is a FLEX vehicle so I could use the E85 gas but have not tried it yet. The one immediate difference between the 2012 Escape and other current SUVs including Ford's own Escape is the more truck like feel. But that's what I like about it!

Key to start car has been nothing but trouble, Have to push key in hard and twist around until it engages ... Hate it, wife hates it.. Believe that this problem is in any Escapes for many years . Ford should recall these immediately... I won,t buy another Escape just because of this...

I love the body style and it has been most dependable and comfortable. My first Ford Escape, I drove 11 years and when I traded it in it looked brand new.

Was pretty but corroding quickly, owned it 1 1/2 yrs and was only a little rust when purchased , now it is becoming covered from hood to tailgate

I love this style, (2012 & older). It's a great small SUV. Goes through snow really well too! Also, plenty of cargo space. I wish I could keep buying brand new 2012 Escapes!

Searched for this specific model due to its petite size that stil( provides basic suv features for senior driver (height, interior creature comforts: heated leather seating, parking sensors & back up camera among others). This body style is perfect for shopping trips & hauling...rear cargo area is convenient height for load/unload of groceries & etc., & long items like trim from The Home Depot can poke out of rear window of cargo area no problem!
