2020 Ford Escape consumer reviews

Has all the features I wanted and then some. Perfect for me when I decided to down size due to decrease in family size. I looked at other vehicles before choosing this one and it checked every box I wanted and needed.

So far, with about 300 miles, the car has been outstanding, everything works as it should. My personal dislike is the dial for the gear shift, I'm used to a handle, but I'll get used to it. They corrected several ergonomic issues they had with prior Escapes.

I Love this Vehicle, very smooth ride and so many features and i only have the SE! I LOVE that it offers cloth heated seats because that was my number 1 convivence feature I wanted!

If I could change something in design i would want a bigger rear view mirror and the dash could accommodate a storage bin. Other than that I love the purchase. Rides and handles well. Love the technology.

Love the cruise control feature, and the comfort of the seats. This car is perfect for my husband and myself! Love the app feature and that I am able to start, lock and unlock my car from my phone!

The new style is awesome! Looks great and drives smoothly. I love the interior, heated seats, large touch screen, and that the back seats move forward or backwards!

We love our new 2020 Ford Escape SE. It is very comfortable and roomy. We got the Dark Persian Green color, very pretty. We get a lot of comments on how nice the car is and such a great color.

Love my new escape. The out look is really pretty. Performance and size are great. Price is ok, but it's acceptable. Overall I love this car.

Two thumbs up. Super roomy and comfortable. Love that it has heated seats and handy features. Everything we were looking for in a vehicle. Totally digging that seats fold down and can haul stuff if need to.

Besides just being a pleasure to drive it has great exterior styling. Some people ding the interior for a lot of plastic, but it is still well laid out, pleasant to the eye, and your not paying for a luxury car after all. The base 1.5 turbo will get up and go with plenty pep for merging or passing situations. Seats are pretty firm which I like though some might like softer. Ford's infotainment is my favorite and I've tried them all. Mileage is coming in slightly above EPA ratings. Got 28 in the city and 33 on highway first 500 miles in AWD model.
