2014 Ford F-150 consumer reviews

I like my truck, it was a good purchase for me, and I'm truly enjoying it! I'm sure I will get a lot of enjoyment out of it!!!

My wife and I purchased a 2014 F-150 FX2 Sport for our daughter on her 16th birthday. It came loaded with many safety features such as 4 wheel disk brakes, backup camera, backup sensors, multiple airbags and much more along with luxury features such as power leather seats, sunroof, rear sliding window, etc. It was a one owner vehicle with 106k miles on it when we purchased it in 2020 but the previous owner had taken such excellent care of it that it looked like a new truck both inside an out! I'm writing this review after we have put around 1k miles on it and at this time everything works, it rides great and has plenty of power from the 5.0 liter engine. The fuel mileage isn't bad either!

I am very pleased with the ride and feel, I like the room and stereo, fuel economy for this 4x4 is not great at 15 mpg, I am very cautious and smooth with break pedal and gas pedal. The oil dipstick is difficult to reach, I'm 70 inches tall, and have to stand on my toolbox to reach it, I also bought step down running boards as it was so tall stock, and it did not come with them, very pleased with the 5.0 engine, I was concerned with turbo head gasket problems, and expense of turbo replacement in the future, this is the nicest vehicle I have ever driven

I know a couple of people who own the same truck as mine and all I hear is great things about it! Truck handles and drives nice!

This is the fourth F-150 we've owned. Have previously purchased both new and used and have never been disappouinted. No buyers remorse. No doubt we shall continue to buy F-150's when the time comes for a replacement.

this vehicle was very clean, it needed a new battery and one was installed before I purchased, they also did an oil change and checked other maintenance

So much leg room especially the back seat. Such a great ride met all my expectations and needs. Have not had any issues or problems since I purchased it.

Sound system cuts out one side to the other since day one. Dealer couldn’t/wouldn’t fix. Water pump no went out at 29k miles. Nice truck and capable but wouldn’t purchase another.

There is a lot I can say about my 2014 F150. So here are the cliffsnotes. Very dependable, Very useful, and Very Fun to own. This truck is about hit 100,000 miles and everything still works as the day I bought it. I could not express how much I love it.

My 2015 Ford f150 was a great truck until it began periodically stalling on the highway when it had about 40,000 miles on it. The first time it happened, had my two grand children in the truck and had to drift to the shoulder. Took it back to Ford twice and they could not find anything wrong with it. Happened again yesterday and ford replaced the throttle body. Keeping fingers crossed!
