This 2008 King Ranch, that i purchased on April 23, 2007, after the software upgrade... Is an unbelievable truck. I still own it to this day. The truck drives and performs like Brand new. However, my bed mounts are rusted. I feel that this truck should have been seriously undercoated with rust proofing. The frame is electronically rust proofed! Yet the bed has zero rust proofing! Pissed about that!!

Only made it 111k, motor is leaking everywhere, head gaskets are blown or cracked heads. Early recalls made gas mileage horrible, early recall took out radiator before recall came out. Most expensive mistake ever made in my lifetime. Worst seats I have ever sat in, long trips will kill you. The only new vehicle I ever bought new. Stoped running today, selling for scrap tomorrow. I own a 2008 6.4 diesel. Since I took out the regen system and chipped it it’s been great. Ford screwed up big time on that burner thing.

This truck has so much power , leg room heated seats , sunroof, touch screen everything I've wanted in my truck oh ya it's a turbo diesel that's the biggest selling point

Let?s start off by saying I bought this truck used... a used Forest Service truck... two years ago. It still smelled like a forest fire when I bought it. That being said, this truck amazes me. I bought it for the sole purpose of driving it from AZ to WA during the summer to visit my folks with the kids and our RV. It performed flawlessly with 130000 miles on it. Never skipped a beat. It has a forest service paint job, manual windows and locks, but a beast of an engine. I wouldn?t trade it for anything. After our road trip to WA I went for AZ to ID, then from ID to CA, and finally CA back to AZ with nothing more than gas, an oil change, and an air filter. I love my truck. I?ve had chevys and fords but always half tons. This is a must have if you tow. Ryan

I have 90000 miles on it had have had to pump 10 K into repairs for everything from fluid leaks, to improper fuel mixture, high exhaust temperature etc. The fun never seems to end

been looking for a truck for 2 years now and finally found an 08 f350 srw 6.4l. Bought it and took on 2700 mile road trip with the family. very comfortable. good fuel mileage. the power thru the mountains was great
