2014 Ford Focus consumer reviews

The week I bought this car, the front passenger window quit working, then it started making this jutting back and forth which could give you a neck ache. I called the dealership where I bought this thing and left a detailed voicemail, and no one called me back. Then I had a piece of the trim come off, so they said they would call me back when it got in, which they never did. Well the other day, I pulled into a driveway, but needed to back out to make the parking correct, and it refused to reverse. And in BIG RED LETTERS it said TRANSMISSION please see dealer. So, I took it to my mechanic and he says it should be a covered service as there was a lawsuit over these. Do you know anything about it?

This car has me y’all of my needs and has taken me where i need to go safely, it is a nice and reliable ride! 10/10 would recommend!

This car is a perfect daily driver that is affordable and fuel efficient. I drove it around with zero issues or concerns. This car is a great buy.

I bought one with 28000 on the clock and kept it for a year now. Overall, it has been fun to drive, great on fuel, and ties in with Ford's European design. However the transmission is a little rough around low speeds. (Mine, though, was fixed after the class action suit) It's okay shifting around 4500 rpm but could be a little better for daily driving.

This car saved me a bunch of gas money! Definitely recommend it. Its not big, but I got me to and from work without any problems. Very satisfied with it.

My ford is a 2014 model. It has given me no problems except for this past week when I had to tow it in for a recall. Otherwise, gas mileage is great, it's so comfortable. It's got plenty of power. I hope it lasts for a long while.

This car had all the bells and whistles that I was looking for. Back up camera, navigation, power seats, remote start. I love my car.
