2007 Ford Fusion consumer reviews

13 years & going. 125,000 miles. New transmission at 120,000 miles. Engine oil leak repairs at 125,000 miles. Computer chip regulating transmission has a little malfunctioning (part not sold anymore, must salvage from another fusion). SEL, AWD, leather seats & heated, tinted windows, block heater... Has all options/upgrades. We'll see how the next 75,000 miles go (God willing). Love the car & don't want to let it go.

I am going to miss this car it has been my most reliable companion going to work and transporting my family. Car meets all my needs with sufficient power to drive comfortable and safe. It is very roomy in the cabin and the trunk. What I like the most is the engine power and transmission, very strong and reliable.

Ive owned my 2007 SE for 2 years now. It's got almost 200k on it and basically the only major thing I've fixed is the oil pan leak for $200. This thing is as reliable as the government taking your money and death. I'm not a fan of the seats though as they are a bit hard and I would have loved to have heated seats... The radio monitor has stopped showing words but still plays music so that doesn't bother me. Otherwise it's very good, trust me. This car has been beaten and gone through the ringer and still performs like a CHAMP. Very roomy trunk also, it's nice when moving. The heat comes on very quick too. Looks like a beater but drives like a fairly new car :)

I loved it and drove it for twelve years with minimal issues. This cars only issues were due to being hit by others and the exterior paint still looked like new. Minimal interior issues, just wear and time.

Car is in great condition, runs really good! Overall very happy for being my first car. Really good on gas even through the cities. Definitely to recommend this as your first

This car may full you with it's smooth ride, but trust me these cars require constant maintenance. The car blew the motor at 110,000 miles so I had a shop put a new motor in. Within the last 2 months I have gone through 4 ac compressors, 2 ac Expansion valves, 2 ac condensers (which requires the entire front of the car to be removed), 2 evaporator cores (witch requires the entire dash to be removed) and I still don't have ac in the car. After driving the car I noticed a vibration so I changed the motor mount. Then the car ran for anther 10,000 miles with no issue until I started to notice vibration again. This vibration was coming from the CV Axel's witch was understandable for a car with 125,000 miles. When I was in the process of having the CV axle changed I got a call from the shop saying they couldn't get the axel out of the steering knuckle and that they had broken a 20 ton press trying. So I had to pay $400 a piece for 2 new steering knuckles, and still payed the shop for labor and repairs to their press where they made sure to inform me what FORD stood for Fix Or Repair Daily. In my experience these cars are a complete nightmare and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Taken good care and kept in the garage when not in use. Powerful car for its size, reliable, comfortable, providing a smooth ride on both city streets or highways.

This car had 192k miles when I bought it in 2018. Engine still looks great. Car runs wonderfully. No problems with this car AT ALL. I love my used car!

This car was very dependable it got my daughter threw school with out any worries .i never had any issues with the car . It was a wonderful expendable vehicle

Absolutely stunning so impressed with this vehicle :) other then the fuel efficiency it's a great vehicle couldn't complain about anything else :) so happy I bought this car
