Best car ever
I have my 2007 Fusion since new, now with 300K miles on it. Other than normal maintenance I've only had to replace the alternator. Great car and looking forward to hitting 500K miles in it.

OK BUT.......
Computer needs replaced, turning coil packs on all the time. This is causing misfire, rough idle, loss of power and engine light flashing. From what I've seen online this is a far too common problem. Should have a recall. Unfortunately, the repair would be more than the car's value. Have to live with it!

basically a good vehicle
This car has been a dependable vehicle. There is one small problem with the automatic feature of the air conditioning. The computer automatically turn on the A/C on a nice day and blows refrigerated air at the windshield. You constantly get condensation on the windshield. This happens no matter what A/C setting you use.

coil pak/computer
At 85,000 miles all 6 coil paks had to be replaced, along with the computer. Costing a total of $4,200 for repairs. This car has had great care taken with all scheduled maintenance.

I love this car except for the clutch
Very reliable. I've owned this for several months and can't get use to the clutch still. It's not my first stick shift but the first one I've had such issues with. The clear coat on front grill is very ugly because it's peeling off. The stereo light do not work. Headlight are terrible. Otherwise good car.

Loved this car.
The leather seats of this car were so comfortable. The ride was smooth and easy. I had no problems with this car other than expected brake and tire replacements. I bought the car because of the comfortable seats but liked everything about it. I drove it for 13 years and it was still going strong when I could no longer inspect it because of rust. I live in Maine with chemicals on the road. I decided to buy a Ford Escape for something different but still miss my old friend.

Excellent vehicle, with near luxury feel.
This was a great car while in college and working full time. Now it’s not as fancy as it’s mercury sibling and nowhere near as loaded as it’s Lincoln brother, but the value for the money you can’t beat! I had the fully loaded SEL trim level. The V6 has more than enough power, the ride was comfortable, great on gas as well. The interior and exterior looked great and being the SEL trim it has leather upholstery, heated seats and a remote start. Some tips I would give is always heat the car up for at least 5 minutes because you don’t want to ruin the engine/transmission plus all cars sound rough in the cold without a warm-up. Routine maintenance is a must, though I never had one issue with this car. I drove 140,000 miles before upgrading without a single issue or warning light! One thing I can say is after doing my research this was the better buy over the Honda Accord, Toyota Camry, chevy Malibu. All other midsize I don’t even list because they weren’t worth my time after my extensive research and test drives.

Worst car I've owned
When it worked performance was good. Bought new kept on top of maintenance and motor blew with just over 183 k. Now a paper weight in my drive way. Also had several recalls.

Great, versatile car with good power
My Fusion refuses to quit. Being a college kid that likes to accelerate fast, I was very impressed. It has very good power and gets good gas mileage even after 180,000 miles. I put a hitch on it and have been pulling boats and other smaller trailers with it, and I still have good power and acceleration. It still gets about 19-20 mpg going 80 mph on the interstate while pulling my boat. I haven't had any major issues with this car, only has been in the shop to fix a deer hit.

Disappointed in the ride. Rough going.
I liked the way it looked. It was well kept. I started driving on the first block I noticed it was hesitating so I looked at the dash & the ABS system lights were on. I proceeded to head back to the car lot. Test drive over!
