Hybrid review
Bought a hybrid and was told mpg would be 48 mpg. I have never gotten close to that no matter driving habits it has been in the shop for recalls x3,,, I would never by a hybrid again if battery needs replacing very costly.

Worst new car I have been in lately !!!
This car has cheesy looks inside and out. Odd shaped design and cheap hard plastics inside . The Eco Boost engine sounds wheezy and whiney... Look for it to be on the list of used car to avoid... Ford has a lousy reliability rating. Last I researched 23 - 27 . from the top. I would also bet this engine will be problematic from the get go . After a 40 mile commute the engine smells hot... like oil and antifreeze... I would rate this car as a poor midsize choice along with the Chrysler 200 ... Don`t waste your money on this fluke......

poor gas milage
this car is rated 34mpg hwy and 26 city . My car get's average 21mpg. very disappointed with that. It now has 8500 miles should be doing better than that. It also puts out black smoke out on hard acceleration. I have used all brands of gas no change from any one brand. Dealer says everything is normal. Other than that, I love the car.

Worst car I have ever owned
purchased in December of 2013, traded in a very reliable Nissan Titan for this clunker. Has been in shop 8 times for same problem, dead battery. Ford techs have no idea why this is happening. Finally decided to lemon law it this Summer, cant wait to get rid off this thing. This is worst car I have purchased in 38 years, Very unhappy with Ford Motor Company who have been no help at all! Also had transmission issues, windows not working, grinding in rear end when backing up and synch works when it wants to. Forget the fuel economy, not close to advertised and has no power at all! Last ford I will purchase.

Love this car!
This is my third fusion. I drive average 4,000 miles a month for my job. It's very comfortable, stylish and fuel efficient. Considered going with something smaller this time that would have even better gas mileage and test drove some other makes, but came back to the fusion! I'm a ford girl! Nothing else compared to the fusion on price size or comfort or looks! I always have recommended it to family and friends.

2013 SE 2.0 EcooBoost, now 11,000 Miles
We took delivery of ours in April after custom-ordering early in the year. It replaced a 2005 Accord LX. Honda lost us when they moved to the CVT transmission. We ordered the Luxury Package, 2.0L EcoBoost, Driver Assist Package, Technology Package, Moonroof, Remote Start, Nav, Adaptive Cruise Control but chose not to get the Park Assist as we can park for ourselves. First impressions incredible good looks in Deep Impact Blue with Dune leather. We would have ordered the Titanium but it was only available with an all-black interior. Driving it, amazed at how quiet it is, how quickly it picks up and how refined and planted it feels at well over 100mph in Germany. The European-made engine, by the way was well-proven in Europe before being installed in any US Ford. Steering feedback is communicative without any unpleasantness. Handling is firm yet still with comfortable ride. My wife loves the seats - she finds them so comfortable after the Accord's yet they are firm and hold you in place nicely. Adaptive cruise control works great and is especially fun to use around town as the car will accelerate and brake itself. Love how the driver seat automatically goes backwards to save wear from entry/exit. Even the much-maligned Sync with MyFord Touch works as it should. If you don't want to use the touch-screen, use your voice or the controls on the steering wheel. We average 24mpg which may seem low but includes Autobahn. Downsides: Cleaning the 20-spoke wheels takes time but they do look awesome. The nav doesn't work in Europe - apparently the Euro map software isn't compatible so we're using a Garmin until we return to the US next year. The trunk lid could open wider. We both banged our heads until we learned but are now used to it. Conclusion - we love it!

Most satisfied I have ever been with a new car.
This Fusion SE has been the most satisfying new car purchase this senior citizen has ever made. Its design, accessories, etc. are wonderful, and the first mileage check - combined highway & city was just under 30mpg. The rear camera and Bluetooth package is the best accessory since my first air conditioned car. The cruise control features are also better than those on the Honda Accord I just replaced.

First and Last Ford (Titanium 2.5L)
Seems like many other reviews. 3 times in the dealership in the first 4 months. Trim of driver side door window started to pull completely off. While gassing up car gasoline started to pour on the ground from front of engine..fuel hose disconnected Fuel recall..they had my car for almost 6 weeks. Now need to take it back in (7 month) to fix: Driver visor completely feel out of ceiling. Navigation is now freezing up and GPS does not show correct location (under the nice cloud free sky). Worst car I have ever owned.
