Best for the money
I purchase the 2012 GT about 3 months ago and its been a blast to own. I love everything about this car, especially the power! My only complaint is that I wish it had about one more inch of room in the back seat. Other than that, the performance this car offers for the buck is unbeatable.

Great buy for the $.
2012 Mustang with 101a package, and 6-speed auto. HP to weight ration is better than a Camero and Challenger ... and the 6-cyl engine coupled with a 6-speed auto puts out amazing performance. Gas mileage in city about 22 and highway about 34 w/wo A/C on!

This is the real deal.
Four months ago I bought a new 2012 Mustang Boss 302. I had been reading in the car magazines about this car for many months. All the reviews were very positive. When I bought the car I thought for a moment I must be crazy since I'm 59 years old. But driving this car brought back the feel of driving that had somehow been missing in the bland world of typical cars on the road today. By this I mean that the handling, suspension, braking, engine, drivetrain, and comfort were over the top. The people at Ford who designed and engineered this car did a most excellent job. This is a complete hi-performance car yet its street manners are excellent. I have put over 7000 miles on this car in 4 months. I have taken 2 long multi thousand mile trips. The Recaro sport bucket seats are comfortable and offer great lumbar support. The engine has a wonderful aggressive sound to it when you accelerate hard but cruising at freeway speeds its quiet in the cabin. The car comes with extreme performance Pirelli P-Zero tires that really grip in dry and wet conditions. Though they are not recommended in temperatures below 40 degrees so its best to park the car during winter or change over to an all season tire. Note of caution: this car is very fast. I never knew in this day and age that a car could be bought off the showroom floor with such total performance. I would buy this car again in a heart beat.

What's not to like about 412 horsepower?
What's not to like about 412 Horsepower? The color changing dash, AND ambient lighting that also changes the trim on the door sills' color is awesome too! And, as if that wasn't enough, you also have a Halo AROUND the instruments that you can change to yet another color. The transmission snick snicks right into gear every time. Simply AWESOME!

Total Disappointment!
I cannot recommend this vehicle....at 5900 miles and less than two months old, the automatic transmission failed. During a tire rotation, technician discovered ATF leaking from the tranny. Ford Dealer removed the transmission, replaced forward seals, and a "gear pump". I can't be more specific because Ford worked to a Technical Service Bulletin, but refuses to let me see it or copy it. Car in the shop for 12 days...not what I imagined when I bought it!

Impressed with this Machine!
Going to a Mustang from a Lincoln, I can't say that it rides as smooth or is as roomy, but as with any new vehicle you adjust accordingly. Though you can't really compare the two fairly, I would rather drive this beast any day! The ride is much more sporty as you can feel the road while hugging turns or hitting bumps as opposed to a Lincoln which better shields you from the outside world. A surprising upside to the Mustang's benefit is: even as a base model, it has all the luxury features of my Lincoln (and more!) with the exception of power seats which I never adjusted more than a few times, so it did not matter to me. She is a joy to drive and own.
