2012 Ford Mustang consumer reviews

I took delivery on my 2011 Mustang GT Premium Convertible. I was blown away by the build quality. The 5.0 engine with the six speed automatic is incredible. It is a delight to drive, especially on the twisty mountain two lanes roads in the Ouachita Mountains. It makes short work on the short passing zones in complete comfort. I expected the old "log wagon ride" and poor gas mileage of previous generation mustangs, but this car makes me think it was made in Germany. I frequently get 24 -25 mpg with 412 hp! Love it.

I've had my V6 Premium since May 6 and am really enjoying it. The V6 model can no longer be considered a secretary's car. That engine is wicked! The car is far more comfortable on long trips than my 1998, 2003 and 2006 Crown Victorias. The interior is of excellent quality. The true dual exhaust is a much needed enhancement. Like the ad states, "Drive one"!

I love this car. Good performance for the money,great handling. Too small gas tank.but I guess they wanted to save the weight. Ford needs to fix the intermittent problem with the cruise control switch. The dealer refuses to do anything.
