2010 Ford Taurus consumer reviews

I have had this car for 3 weeks. I love it. It turns alot of heads. Engine is very powerful for V6, although it does pull to the right under very hard acceleration(that has been documented by most magazines already). It seems like a much pricer car(ie. Lexus, BMW). The only flaw I have experienced was a dented hood, which the dealer fixed for free. The hood is very thin and has gas struts to hold it open. When pressing down on the hood to close it, my thumbs dented it much like a door ding. Paintless repair did the trick, now I am careful closing the hood. However, overall I love this car. I paid 3k under invoice plus $1k cash back on a brand new car in its first year, when does that happen?

Had 1 Sable and 2 Taurus for the past 15 years and each time we get to 60k miles the transmission goes~~~~ Regular maintenance, etc. Pricey car for what you get---it has just become an easy bad habit to get another Ford~~~

I just got the SEL about a week ago and this car is amazing to say the least. It is hard to believe that it is a Ford Taurus. The comfort and quietness of the cabin make you feel like you are in a BMW or Lexus as does the smooth ride. The layout of the interior places everything well within reach. The handling is quite responsive and the throttle explodes with power when you need it to. The exterior styling is just short of gorgeous...not to mention that this car has turned quite a few gorgeous heads as well! Thus far the gas mileage has averaged 22 highway miles and steadily rising.

I just got the 2010 Ford Taurus a few weeks ago, and so far so good. Great peformance, 0-60 in about 8 seconds. The comfort is so great that you could fall asleep in the car. It comes in nice colors. The 6 speed automatic transmission works good and the car has not broken down yet. The interior design is good. The ride is very smooth. If you are looking for a luxury sedan under $30,000 this is your car. I hope you found my review helpful.
