My 3rd CR-V & still loving it!

I love my 2007 CR-V, this is my third one, I just couldn't think of any car that is better than this. The style and design - interior and exterior, far better than a RAV-4, the quality of the brand Honda. I've had this car for about 7 months now, I have only taken it to the dealer one time for oil change, that's it. I can tell you how much attention I've been getting on this car, where ever I go, on the road, on a parking lot, people would just stop me and ask about it. Sometimes I sounded like I work for Honda, answering their inquiries, Honda should pay me for doing that, don't you think so? Overall, it's a great car and I highly recommend it, and it's fuel efficient, too. If only Honda would combine the features of old and the new it would really be fantastic.

Love It From Day One

Had my CRV-EX-L for one week and took it on a long trip the first weekend. Got almost 30 MPG on a very new engine. Handles wonderfully, sound is good, feels firm, and is very stylish. Had more than enough cargo space to load up many wedding presents!! New look is exciting and has an expensive look to it. I'd buy it again and again. My '93 Honda is still going strong and has 137K on it. The brand has proven itself. I like reliability in a car.

Love the CRV!

After much research, I purchased the CRV three weeks ago. The ride and handling is great and I am already getting between 25 and 26 mpg in mixed driving with less than 1000 miles! Cannot wait to see what my highway mpg will be. You can't beat the features for the money. I bought the 2WD EXL with everything except navigation. Love the XM Satellite radio, moon/sun roof, comfortable leather seats, easy to read controls, sleek exterior look, safety features, Honda reliability and overall ride. Only miss the power seats and automatic lights from my old car. I never would have considered the old boxy model CRV and in fact that is why I did not consider the Toyota RAV 4 because of the wheel on the back - even though it has a V6 engine. The ride is smooth, pick up more than adequate and I love the cargo room and lift hatchback. Looks much more expensive than it is and gets better gas mileage than other pricier SUV's I considered (Lexus RX350, Acura RDX). This is my first Honda and I am very impressed. Highly recommend the CRV.

LOVE THIS HONDA

Best handling car I have ever owned. I really enjoy driving the CR-V. The extra leg room in the back is really nice. I would definately give the CRV a 5 star rating. This is my 3rd honda and my favorite out of the three!

I absolutely LOVE THIS CAR!

I recently purchased a new 07 CR-V EX-L. The first car I've ever owned that was in my opinion loaded (everything except power seats). I have only had it two days but I can tell you this, I plan on keeping this car forever! It drives AMAZING, so quiet yet has great power when climbing hills for a 4 cylinder. I can't get over the room in this vehicle. We fit 5 people comfortably and one individual was 6'2" and 220 lbs..in the back yet! I'm a firm beliver that Honda's are the best cars out there. I owned a 98 Honda civic that was nothing but fantastic, stylish, and extremely reliable. It has 156,000 miles and was literally taken exceptional care of. I totally recommend this car!

The Perfect Mommy Vehicle

When I was about to become a mommy, I decided it was time to give up my 2 door civic (which was my original baby!) for a 4 door vehicle with car seat and storage space. I never was a fan of the older, boxy CRV design, so initially I went looking at a Pilot, which was going to be a little more than I wanted to spend considering I was about to take indefinate maternity leave. When I saw the new CRV sitting on the lot, I figured what the heck... a test drive can't hurt anybody. As soon as I got behind the wheel, I knew the new 2007 CRV was for me. It had "Mommy" written all over it! From the conversation mirror so that you could watch the back seat, to the double glove box for keeping diaper wipes and kleenex handy, to the cargo shelf- perfect for putting over the stroller. I fell in love immediately. It wasn't a sporty little civic, but it was a good trade! I only wish I would have gotten the car earlier in my pregnancy since the telescopic steering wheel made driving with an enormous belly actually comfortable!!! Bonus selling point- I told my husband it was only natural that I get a vehicle I could CRAVE while I was pregnant ;) Cons - The highway pickup is a little slower than I'd like. Also, it gets REALLY noisy and loud if the back windows are down (although it's good for the white noise effect to put a baby to sleep!)

Great Vehicle for its Class

I have had the 2007 CRV EX-L AWD for about a month. I bought it to replaced a 2003 Mini Cooper S which was great fun to drive. The two vehicles are like night and day but as I've become accustomed to the CRV I am pleased with my decision. My main goal in buying a new vehicle was to gain more cargo space, find something fairly good on gas, an automatic, and something that had still had some pizzaz. My husband had done an extensive amount of research on small SUV's and had narrow our search to about 3 to 4 cars. We had planned on test driving numerous vehicles the day we went auto shopping but just fell in love with the CRV's styling, handling and reliability. We are pleased with it in every way. However, you need to recognize that you are buying a 4 cyl. and drive it accordingly. My husband drives a 2006 Volvo S40T5 so gets his "speed" kicks that way. The vehicle is well equipped for the money ....one of my favorite features is the backup camera. I love my new CRV and look forward to driving it a long time.

Best Vehicle I've owned

I was looking for a small to medium size SUV, and test drove the Rav4 the Ford Escape, Kia Sonoma, and a few others. The Honda CRV is the best car out there. With the new design the sleek features inside, I feel like I'm driving a 50k vehicle. I purchased the CRV EX-L, only complaint is why honda could not add power seats to a upscale model? My wife would have liked lighted vanity mirrors also. But overall, I could not recommend any other vehicle than the 2007 Honda CRV.

Why Does Honda Take So Long...

...to get things right? This car is a real step forward. I wouldn't have touched the fuddy old CR-V. This one has style even if the designers obviously ran outta gas when they designed the double chin front end. This car is so cool yet things need improvement: 1- Engine is too noisy...unnecessarily so. I just got rid of my 1998 Odyssey so I know what I'm talking about. This VTEC engine is NOT quieter. 2- There's plenty of room for a V6 under the hood...why not offer one? It needs it...bad. I have a heavy foot but my mileage has averaged a measly 20 MPG in mixed driving. I have a bad feeling that the little 4banger is giving all it's got but guzzling the fuel getting the job done. This mileage is not that much better than my Pilot which is a hot rod. 3- The front interior is terrible. There's not a single useful cubby in the whole front console. I know that people have a beef with steering mounted shifters but man...does this work really well in my Honda Pilot. They could have used the console shifter space much better to provide a real center storage console if they had gone "old school" with a steering mounted shifter. 4- Honda needs to revisit what it means to package a Honda as an EX. Glaringly missing for my money were climate control, auto turn off headlights and roof rack rails. BTW what happened to crossrails for roof racks? Why do we have to pay extra for these? The rails are nearly useless without these. The gap between LX and EX is shrinking and that's too bad. Honda...keep up the good work but please listen to your customers.

Nice car and a good alternative to a BMW

For now at least. I like the car, we just purchased it and I can't stop wanting to drive it. It's fun, lots of room (although it would be nice to have a storage compartment in the back). I can't complain. We will see it handles a Colorado winter and let everyone know how we really feel. I would recommend this car.
