I love my HRV! But it could use a couple changes..
This car has plenty of room if you're looking for a small SUV. The adjustable seats are fantastic if you need to carry something large something that needs to stand up. My only qualm with the car is the cup holders and under shelving storage up front. The cup holders are silly...either your cup is too big to fit, or too slim so it rattles all around. And the shelf is almost in a place where you have to duck down or reach your arm around the other side to access anything...it can be awkward. It looks like they've changed the interior from knobs to touch screen which is great, but haven't made any adjustments on the cup holders or shelf on newer models.

Not a fan of HR-V
The 2016 HRV felt smaller than a VW golf from the inside. The engine felt more noisy than a vw golf too. The trunk space looked smaller than a be golf. It may be fuel efficient and felt like a leveled civic but it?s not my style. I would prefer a VW golf to and HR-V though I?m sure someone might like it.

I miss my Honda
i got into an accident (not my fault) and had to get another car, it wasn't a Honda because the HRV still doesn't have car play so decided to get something else. But i have to say, the Honda was a great car and would have got it again if they would have added some features.

So happy I bought my Honda HR-V
It has all the bells and whistles. Great visibility, great dashboard display and lane assist/back up camera are clear. I would buy this car again but it's a Honda so I'll probably have it for life unless my kids steal it.

3rd Honda, Very reliable
I love the exterior styling, love the color (green), I bought the Ex with the 6 speed manual and FWD as we really do not need AWD here in the STL! I did not buy it expecting a fast car, but I did expect to get very good mileage and I am averaging around 37mpg all of the time regardless of whether it is more city or more highway mileage! My only complaint is the material on the inside of the front doors, it is "cheap"! Everyone who rides in it loves it too and I get many compliments!

Great car except for 1 design flaw
This car gets great gas mileage, has great interior utility with fold up, fold down seats and lots of standard features for base price. However, it has a major design flaw. The splash guard under the engine falls off after oil changes due to complicated and poorly designed fasteners. The splash guard must be removed to replace the oil filter and it is next to impossible to attach properly. This happens even when Honda dealers change the oil. Some people have resorted to using zip ties to keep it from falling off. Now I have to worry about spending hundreds of dollars after each oil change to replace a damaged splash guard.

Great value
The HR-V comes equipped with heated front seats, rear view and right side view cameras, bluetooth and a moonroof ---- items I've had on more expensive cars. But all this for $21,000 on the HR-V. And, I'm averaging 31 mpg!

Honda 2016 HR-V Certified Pre-Owned 15K mile
Reliable car in affordable price range, with decent room and flexible back seat folding options. It has a smooth ride.Limited space for "stuff" upfront like glasses, etc, with small center console. This model does not have racks on roof for carrying gear on the roof~ boards, bikes, kayaks, or the ability to hook up bike racks, without installing a tow hitch $300+, and a rack , spending $$500 or so, as the rear antenna blocks the use of all bike racks. That limits adventures, so my bike has to squeeze in the back. I was use to a Subaru that carried everything! I did not realize that when purchasing. I think that needs design change and well as the interior seat fabric. The fabric interior is not coated for spills and even stains with only water. This is the first time I have encountered that, right out of the showroom ! I bought full warranties, but that is not covered.
