Working with THIScar was a great experience. We sold our 13-year-old Ford and got top dollar. Dennis and Kathy were great to work with, and the overall experience was easy. I will be recommending THIScar to all of my friends and family!

2016 Honda HR-V review
Bought this car new in 2016. Had it for 5 years and 113,000 miles. I have driven this car 6 times from NY to FL and back. No issues with comfort. I love the magic seats and have packed out this car to the max every time I make this trip. I tend to be a fast driver and haven't had any issues with acceleration. Would I buy another HRv? Sure would.

Was looking for a used affordable car, Robson Pinto went all out of his way to make it happened, He made us feel really comfortable , very patiently while we make a decision. I'm so happy that he made my Husband love his truck. He didnt give up on us. Someone else wouldn't have the patience. Thank you so much Robson, go in and ask for him to help you pick your used, new car. He has my 5+ review, Also Mark Mislak sales manager also helped us, very nice and friendly person.

2016 Honda HR-V review
Overall, it's great! It's a Honda and it is reliable and holds up well over time! It can be parked anywhere! However, the heater is terrible - takes over 20 minutes to warm up the car inside (my 1996 Civic and 2002 CR-V had fantastic heaters, I don't know what Honda's done to ruin their heaters). It is also bad for road noise, it is difficult to hear passengers because of all the road noise on a highway!

Car buying experiences (to me, anyway) are often an annoying ritual, but Ray and Jayden made it as painless as possible. I flew in from Houston, and after some back and forth with Ray via email, and some terrific sales support from Jayden, we were on our way. Here's hoping I get as many miles/years of great service out of this Lexus as I have with my previous ones.

My husband and I had such a fantastic experience at Lia Honda. A huge thank you to Abraham for making this experience pleasurable, honest and stress free. Abraham was very professional and made sure we were comfortable with the process. He even came in on his day off to finalize our transaction. Wow! That doesn’t happen very often and we also appreciated his phone call while we were on our way advising us to re-route due to an accident on Central Ave. We have purchased many vehicles, as we are in our 60’s, and we have NEVER had such a great experience as we did at Lia Honda. Thank you Abraham for all you did for us. As an added bonus, he even put a beautiful red bow on the car! Best wishes for a long and happy career at Lia Honda!!

2016 Honda HR-V review
Grappone Honda gave Fast competent service, my 2016 hrv transmission failed December 2020 @ 110,000 near end of extended 125,000 warranty. Glad I got the extended warranty. Going to keep my eye on the new CVT transmissions fill plug and breather port. The HRV AWD has handled snow perfectly so we’re keeping it. Dealership also noted our keyless entry was failing and replaced the start/stop switch under warranty, to bad it didn’t cover the water in the tail lights. No charges all work done under warranty. Just wish all car manufacturers would design cars to not allow pests to enter in cabin air filter and engine filters where they like to store pounds of nuts, it can’t be that hard to design an accessible removable mesh grill. Our 2008 Element still running strong with a hand made mesh grill installed over engine filter opening, no nuts in the filter box! Ps all fit, civic, hrv with CVT need to keep eye on the CVT fill port and keep its breather port clean. Breather port gets blocked and pops the fill plug off. Look on line for the ( Honda service report A19090B Version 1 ) All the info you need.

White Bear Subaru review
I just helped a very dear senior friend of mine buy a car here, Subaru Outback Limited and explained to the salesman (Dan) that this transaction had to go very smooth without stress as I was out of state so my help was coming both to my friend and the dealership via phone and e-mail. I have to say that not only did they have the perfect car for my friend Cathy, but we were able to do 90% of the transaction prior to Cathy ever getting to the dealership. When Cathy arrived, her new car was all ready, they took in her trade, she signed docks and she was out the door and on her way back home in only about an hour! Cathy said she was treated extremely well by everyone involved at White Bear Lake Subaru and just loves her new car! Thank you Dan, and all at your dealership for making this a positive and happy experience for me and my dear friend! You guys ROCK!

Pacifico Ford review
After a mix up with scheduling by phone and nearly an hour gone by without any contact from the service department, Andrew Knox stepped in and went above and beyond to fit the service on our vehicle in while making sure my infant son and I were comfortable and happy. He remained calm and personable, and stayed in contact through the remainder of the visit to let us know how things were going. He was even able to expedite new tires to be installed to go along with the alignment, oil change, and inspection we needed. Most impressively (and very appreciated!), he went out of his way to secure a loaner vehicle at no charge so my son and I could spend the afternoon at home instead of in the waiting room. Andrew is a real professional and deserves to be recognized for his outstanding customer service. Thanks, Andrew!
