Big difference from the 2016 Honda Pilot EX. 2020 Honda Pilot Ex-L has nice features. Very roomy,and comfortable,Heated seats,Android auto works works good,reliable. If anybody is looking for 3rd row I highly recommend 2020 Honda Pilot.

The new Pilot Elite is definitely a ride with style. I'm loving the 4 Captain chairs and the panoramic view for the second row. Entertainment for the whole family! Loving the Elite!

My wife had her mind set on a Highlander. I persuaded her to look at the Pilot. We test drove both back to back, went home to discuss them. The next day we bought the Pilot. Enough said.

I absolutely love this car, BUT!! I bought it 10/2019 and have brought it in several times for a strange noise that sounds like pebbles hitting the windshield and a windshield cracking sound. The sound was like nails on a chalkboard. They finally determined to replace the dashboard harness....in the shop for 4 days....a big project. Then it started happening again 1/2020. Replaced the dashboard harness again as well as the entire wiring system in the dash..I guess. Ridiculous how much time I have spent in the service department with a brand new 2020 Pilot. When I picked it up yesterday they said I was lucky I called them when I did because now the dashboard harnesses are on back order...their general manager is dealing with the same issue on the 2020 Pilot they are currently driving. Maybe now that a GM is involved Honda will take this problem seriously. I feel like no one cares that I’ve had to bring in my car so many times when I just bought it in 10/2020. Perfect car other than this.

I feel very safe in this vehicle , and it has a good view of everything and I like how it feels when driving .

I have been driving a pilots for 16 years; the 2020 does not grip the road as the previous years. Test drive it on the highway and go 65-75 and see how it works for you first. That is when you feel the instability. Exterior Looks, and interior looks good too. Android phone hooked up is not clear when on the phone. Bluetooth works better, but then you don't get the navigation on the vehicles screen. Most likely my next lease will be a different vehicle.

The quality, fit and finish of our Pilot EX all seem perfect. The more we drive it the more we like it. Our decision to lease this car has been more than proven correct.

Went from a CRV to the Pilot Elite which is a natural progression. Great car so far very pleased with the quality, ride and performance.

Excellent car for the money, very reliable, excellent security features, good comfort, excellent drive, good visibility, the ride is quiet, and smooth. It has the smart key feature and the Apple car play is a plus

Outstanding car in every respect. This is our fourth Pilot and we highly recommend the vehicle. The new one drives even better and has all the bells and whistles that anyone would ever need.
