Great Value with tons of features

This SUV has a smooth ride and handles like a car not a SUV, but its all SUV. The Summit has a ton of features and gadgets they are the only reason I purchase the extended warranty, just to be safe. I am 6' 2" and the Driver's seat is so comfortable...I have a son 6' 5" and he was comfortable in the back seat!. The 3.7 liter engine has plenty of pep and I am getting the posted gas mileage. The 8 speed transmission is smooth and the sport mode is a lot of fun...it handles great in the snow and I Can't wait to take on the beach! Worth every penny!

The Jeep Grand Cherokee Just keep Getting Better

This is our 5th Jeep Grand Cherokee, and they just keep getting better and better. Our last Jeep had over 95,000 miles on it, and had never had any repairs other than routine oil changes and service. Dealer gave us very good trade in value on our 2007. If this Jeep serves us as well as the last one, we will probably buy another one.

2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Heritage

After unsuccessful negotiations at two local Jeep dealerships, I came across Heritage and read the reviews. It was as easy to make the phone call as it was coming to the final decision. After spending just 10 minutes on the phone with Amy Kemery, it was clear she could deliver what I wanted; no negotiation on a fair price without ANY dealership hassle. Amy and her team (Tony Hart) completed the paperwork on my behalf with only my signature required. When I mentioned difficulties in making it to the dealership for pickup, Amy set up a time to personally deliver to my home! It was this personal touch that made the typically tedious sales process very enjoyable. Heritage put forward an extremely competent and professional team that answered all questions and concerns. They went above and beyond with personal vehicle delivery (70 miles each direction). Ultimately, I spent 3 months researching and knew exactly what I wanted. Only Heritage listened and delivered, as promised.

Good power and good gas milage.

My wife and I are very happy with our Jeep Grand Cherokee. I has good power plus good gas millage for a vehicle that size. It has most of the "bells & whistles" plus 20" wheels.

Great car... no issues so far

My wife and I deliberated long and hard between the Grand Cherokee Overland and the Acura MDX. We settled on the JGC with the additional technology upgrade and man are we pleased. First of all, the Jeep just looks great. The interior upgrades as well as the exterior detailing new to the 2014 really sets the Jeep apart. I'm 6' 6" and have a difficult time finding vehicles that are truly comfortable for a guy my size. There is a big difference between being able to fit in a car and having the car actually feel roomy for me. The Grand Cherokee has ample space for me and doesn't sacrifice the legroom of the person behind me. Overall, this vehicle hits the mark when it comes to comfort and style. We haven't had any issues with the technology, drive train, air suspension, etc. but I'll be sure to keep a close eye on performance in light of several of the reviews I've seen on here. Overall the Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland is an excellent vehicle with far more features than the Acura MDX in the package we purchased. I highly recommend.

Jeep is a Jeep

I bought my new Grand Cherokee yesterday love it so much power it gives the service in date said was brought in 12/18/13 so should not have any problems since built just a few weeks ago. Otherwise its a nice looking SUV came with loads of features the dealership I shopped at buying my Grand Cherokee sells an verity of make and models found a great deal on the perfect car as saw the commercial of the dealership selling different trucks and cars including Jeeps wanted an SUV. I highly recommend the dealership on great deals as love my Grand Cherokee just couldn't beat the deal saw at Chrysler/Jeep dealer now a happy new customer has so many great features.

very confortable car

I have driven my new Jeep 1000 miles. I am very pleased with the features and how well it drives. It is very comfortable and I love the adaptive cruise control. With the cruise control on when I approach a slower vehicle in front of me the car automatically slows to their speed and when they speed up the jeep also speeds up and matches their speed. That way I don't have to hit the brake and then reset the speed control. The Jeep also maintains the correct distance I set from the vehicle in front of me I never get any closer. If you decide to pass the vehicle once you pull out from behind it the throttle picks up and returns to you original set speed. So far this has been the best vehicle I have ever owned

So many issues!!!

I bought my brand new 2014 JGC a couple of months ago, less than 5000K on it and I've had to bring it back once for steering column issues (clicking noises when turning) the bluetooth phone connection keeps going off every now and then, and now it's back in the shop because the transmission has crapped out, can't get it out of 2nd gear! I love my jeep, the look, the handling, but all these warranty issues are seriously stressing me out!
