So many electronics you have to read the owners manual 3x! Wish the rear window would roll down, but otherwise an excellent vehicle

I have only had my new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a little over 6 months and it's been into the shop 3 times and just the other day the entire nav system and radio shut down. The car transmission jumps and drops into gears at random... taking it in again to see what can be done but based on other reviews looks like a lost cause. Really disappointing since I love this car otherwise. If you're looking to buy this car you might consider waiting until some glitches get taken care of.

my 2014 is 6 months old and always in the shop - water pump went out in the first two weeks and it has been one thing after the other since . I am due in Vegas for work tomorrow and my car is in the shop over night waiting for a part that the dealer doesn't stock -I am very sorry I bought this car.

We did not lease the SUV selected because the dealer changed the deal after it was approved. Chrysler Finance approved the lease but the dealer increased the monthly payment by $55. The vehicle was off the lot a day after we would not agree to their deal. A complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau as well as the Attorney General's Office.

Ask to have feedback on 2 wheel drive cherokee of grand cherokee. Was told by the ONE respondent that they only had 4 wheel drives........And, inferred, if we wanted anything else we would have to find other dealers. Most unhappy with response.

I purchace a 2014 Overland with Maximum Steel color. My GC was built Sept 13. It runs great but a little hesitiant in the eco mode but will kick in if you punch the accelerator. The ride is smooth and very quite. The controls are easy to use once you learn how to setup. I don't see the reason or need for the panoramic sun roof ?. The suspension controls are a cool feature but not sure about the reliability long term and could be expensive to repair after the warranty expires. My biggest compliaint is the front windshield needs more tint. The sun glare is a bit too much and heats up the front interior on brite sunny days. Overall a very nice ride!

I've had this 2014 SRT for a month and it isn't broken in yet. It took a lot longer to arrive from the factory than I thought it would, 3 months. I haven't floored it yet but it's instantly obvious that this is very fast. It handles like a sports car. My wife owns a BMW Z3 and my Mom owned a 1958 Corvette. I also own a 1969 Plymouth Road Runner and this SRT would beat them all. This is the most fun to drive of anything I've ever driven that has more than two wheels. The sound system is amazing (Karman Harden). I had a 05 GC Limited and that ride was a bit softer, but I don't care. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to buy it again. On the surface a performance SUV sounds ridiculous. But it's as fun to drive as a sports car, can haul 5 people comfortably and can be loaded with stuff like a truck. It's really the vehicle that does it all.

Most luxurious interior I've ever had and I've owned BMW and Mercedes. Summit model has every option and costs thousands less than comparable luxury model SUVs

IN few days time whole unit failed and still more than 7 weeks on now no solution, Don't buy Jeep GC ever in your life.

Love the smooth ride, easy to maneuver, great visibility, very sporty look. I would recommend this to anyone.
