Own a 2014 Overland and it has Electrical Problems , Transmission Problems Rough Clunk shifting and The Nav System Freezes up all the time . Been at the dealer 5 times in only 3 months. Avoid

my wife's car...she allows me some driving time!! lots electronics, reccommend the factory nav instead of the dealer added...much better...i did not get and am sorry. 4 wheel drive is "full-time"..kinda confusing for an enthusiast.....car looks great, runs great (v8) 8 speed with paddles is fun as is sport mode on trans, very nice interior......would buy again but with factory nav!!

My wife couldn't be happier with the Jeep. She absolutly loves it. Great riding car, good response,great brakes.

this is my 4 th jeep . i have had good luck with prior jeeps and hope for more luck with this one too . fast for a 6 cylinder . power to spare . i'm getting 16 city and 23 hwy . less than 1000 miles on it . i know it will get better as time goes on . highly recommend this car for others . i will enjoy my jeep .

I've only owned imports - until now. The 2014 Grand Cherokee is all that and some. Want good looks? - you've got. Great gas mileage - bingo! The list goes on and on. I probably won't ever take this off road - but I'm sure it would be totally up to the task. Bottom line is, if you've always purchased give this car a look It's beautiful inside and out.

i love the jeep. very stylish and comfortable. a joy to drive. i was hesitant at first but i believe i made the right choice.

We bought a brand new '14 on April 5. We drove home 30+mi from the dealership and the "SERVICE AIR SUSPENSION SYSTEM IMMEDIATELY" light came on. The Jeep has been back to the dealership a combined 3 weeks to fix this problem, and nothing has been resolved to date. Tomorrow it will have been there 2 weeks. They have had the Area Technician look at it, as well as experts from the Engineering & Parts Dep't, as well as the company that designed the suspension system. The car had 1060 miles on it when we brought it back the 2nd time, 360 of which were spent taking it back and forth for repairs. I have made 2 payments on this Jeep and it has spent more time in shop than I have driving it, paying for a car you can't drive is ridiculous. BEWARE that when Chrysler/Jeep is befuddled and has a problem, they are going to leave you in the same state and make it your problem as well. It would seem that the redesigned body and suspension were not adequately tested either in the entire line, or this vehicle. Thus after 2 months, they have not decided if they will ultimately fix, or replace this vehicle. We are left hanging in the breeze. I would never, ever recommend this vehicle to anyone. The stres sin your life is not worth it.

The best Jeep Grand Cherokee yet, very fast with good looks and decent gas mileage. Half the price of a comparably equipped Porsche Cayenne. A great value and performer. Quality interior with all the latest technology. We are very satisfied.

This is the best SUV on the Market. I wouldn't drive anything else, the touch screen, the comforts, the customizable aspects. I LOVE IT.
