Explore the 2007 Kia Rondo

Reliable but not perfect

‘07 Rondo was Bought used from a family member. Love the peppy 2.4L engine. I find it doesn’t get quite the mileage as my Camry, with same type of motor 2.4 L. Having heated seats is a bonus, there is no sunroof, has 167,xxx Km on it, rust is minimal, used as a in city commuter vehicle. I’m 6’2” it is a bit cramped for my size, but, does the intended job of zipping me where I’ve got to go...

Swiss Army knife of vehicles

13 years and 117,000 miles, all original parts. With the third row seat, roof rack bars and trailer hitch it covers all my needs. GREAT LITTLE STATION WAGON !!!!

Kia is poor quality period. I have had several issues with this car now the engine is going. I believe it should be a recall but of course kia wants to flake out. Thats fine, i will not ever buy one and i will spread the word.

Kia lives up to its reputation

This car meets my needs. its like a mini suv so its decent on gas. i usually have 2-3 adults in the car and we are all comfortable with plenty of room. im the second owner and the only issues have been the modulators on the back windows. wouldnt hesitate to buy a kia in the future.

Great Little Car!

I have a 2007 Rondo with 318,000 miles that is compared to the energizer bunny, It keeps going and going, Its cheap on gas and I'm not scared to drive it cross country, With continued maintaince on the car I expect to get many more miles of use out of this great little car.

Best small SUV I've owned

I love my Kia Rondo. I have had it for 9 years and have not had any major issues. I kept up with my maintenance and my Rondo kept me happy. its great on case and I love my third row seat without having to purchase a huge SUV.

I have had very minimal repairs

This car has met and continues to meet my needs. It is great on gas very comfortable on long trips. I purchased it in Idaho, drove it to Texas, shipped it to Hawaii and then shipped it back to Texas.

Most versatile car for the money

This car is a true Utility Vehicle... It can either carry up to 7 passengers in comfort (the third row is not super-roomy but fine for kids or even adults on shorter trips) or serve as a station wagon for 5 people with a TON of legroom in the second row an a nice big cargo space (the Mazda5 was its only competitor and while that was a fine car, it did not have enough room for adults or teenagers with legs in the second row). Integrated roof rack to carry a canoe or whatever on top. Fuel economy is not the best, but for what the car does and how much it hauls, it is still decent. Engine and transmission are perfectly mated and while the car is not fast, it moves plenty fast and is peppy in city and merging on highways. Too bad they don't sell these "micro-vans" anymore... The new "compact" SUVs are just taller than this but don't have nearly as much utility as the Rondo.

Yeah this is the 7th or 8th set of pads I've put on the old girl, she's hitting three hundred and fifty five thousand Km not bad Right and every single thing still works and I mean everything. Getting ready for another summer of camping and cruising, lot's of room for us and more than enough room for everything we need to just have fun.

I really enjoy driving this car.

This car met all of my needs and then some. I enjoy driving it around, everything works great and the reviews I found online were very true to what I need. The only thing I have wondered is, is it a car, is it a van or is it an SUV? It looks to me more like a mutt to me, it is like a 3 in 1 vehicle.
