Easy Engine replacement - lifetime warranty

Spunky little AWD with 2.4L engine. I had it sold a couple of weeks ago (65K miles) and the very next day the engine started knocking. I took it straight to the local dealer and the engine was replaced per PI1802W/X Product Improvement Campaign. It now has a lifetime transferrable warranty on the engine. The kid I had it sold to was willing to wait for the repairs. He'll have a great new to him car tomorrow with the engine warranty.

Dependable, Roomy & Smooth at high acceleration.

This is a great vehicle so far. I travel highways mostly. The pickup is awesome !! Rides very smooth. I’ll most likely buy another Kia as the warranty is one of the best, for piece of mind.

I enjoy driving this vehicle

Smooth ride, good fuel mileage. Plenty of leg room for everyone. Fold down rear seats for some hauling room. Very stylish and I would recommend this vehicle.

Bad engines, stay away

Vehicle has known engine issues including fire issue while Vehicle is parked. Our engine locked up before hitting 100,000 miles and should have been covered by our extended warranty, we are still fighting it. Multiple class action lawsuits, Multiple recalls without solutions short of park outside. Engine shuts off without warning short of a check engine light that comes back as a bad O2 sensor. Guzzles oil, according to a local oil change company Multiple cars brought in with the exact same issue as ours, jumping through the same hoops we are. Estimated cost of owning this car just 6 years well over 7,000 a year. BTW we were using it to transport a disabled child to and from appointments.

GREAt SUV and SUPERB WARRANTY!!

I purchased my 2015 slightly used with 8K miles on it. I added the 10 year/100K bumper to bumper warranty. I have gotten as much as 30mpg on the highway and average overall around 24 city/hwy. The vehicle is a compact wonder still capable of holding a lot of cargo like my 12" telescope that fills up just about every nook and cranny at 5' in length and 20" in diameter, tube only + the mount. Steering and braking are very solid and accurate. The vehicle drives more like a sports car than a compact SUV. I like the split shift where I can leave it in automatic or manually shift, thus saving breaking on downhill grades. One has to remember to put it back into drive again though but I understand there is an over rev limiter on the vehicle. It's reasonably quiet, nice stereo system that still takes CDs a +, I have driven this now for 6 years and put only 33K total miles on it. It's a vehicle that will hold its value and is mostly for pleasure. It has a hitch on it that comes in handy for a small utility trailer or a very light lake fishing boat. I'll keep it for a very long time!
