Handles well, feels great, does everything I need to do, in comfort and style. I would highly recommend the Kia Sportage to anyone who looking for a new or upgrading their car.

Car has met all expectations and exceeded many too. I have used the car in the mountains, on the beach and across country and never have had an issue with it.

This is my 2nd Kia Sportage! Now we have 2 at home. We like the way it drives and it is comfortable to ride in.

This SUV has all the bells and whistles I need to be happy. She handles nice and drives smooth. She looks really good with her new car lashes too!! I am very satisfied with this vehicle.

The worst car I've owned in my life.

With only 80,000 miles on it my Kia Sportage blew the motor. I brought it to service and wasnt given the customer service I deserved. Once I told them that my cars engine blew at 80,000 miles they had the audacity to tell me that was good, as if they were almost impressed by such subpar lackluster durability. I have a 2000 GMC Savannah which I put 250,000 miles on the original engine and 400,000 on the original transmission! I took great care of the sportage, and never missed a oil change or maintenance it the same way I took care of my GMC Savannah. The difference is simple: the quality in Kia is non existent. I didnt need a 100,000 mile warranty to protect my GMC: The overall workmanship and quality in my GMC vehicle is what keeps me reassured. They give you a 100,000 mile warranty because those crappy Kia cars dont stand the test of time. I've had nothing but issues with my Kia and I wouldn't recommend a Kia vehicle to my worst enemy. Kia vehicles are low quality, the salespeople at Delray Kia dont care about the customers that have already purchased a vehicle, and the service area is just as bad. I work for myself and drive constantly and wasnt even offered a loaner vehicle. This is by far the worst place to shop and Kia is the worst car company to buy from. That warranty is just them covering their own xxxxx because if it didnt exist, we customers would be stranded without a functioning car and stuck paying the loan from the bank. Please listen to me, buy anything else a huffy would be more reliable.

Great car

It's my wife's car but I like driving it. It's like a little bulky tank - I actually like it more then new body design that came out recently. Very reliable, after 5 years ni issues whatsoever.

New to us, so jury is still out

We like it so far. Going from an old Stratus fleet vehicle to the Kia, it seems like a luxury vehicle. We like how it drives, decent power, good room for passengers. Styling in this class of vehicle is generally weird but the Sportage is not bad. The front seats are okay. Visibility out the back takes extra caution and getting used to it. The biggest concern is potentially engine longevity. There is a campaign/recall for a software program that monitors the engine and cuts power if it detects a problem. It is not known how many engines have failed. We didn't find out about this until after we bought it! So far so good and hopefully we won't have a problem. We like it but don't know if we would recommend it.

Check engine light came on after the1st 1000 miles

Consently I am having to have the check engine light looked at . Owned the car for year and I have taken it in to the dealership 5times.

Air Condition Issues

I am having issues with my vehicle since April 2018 with smell coming from the vents in the cabin, evaporator defective and now the AC control valve, this vehicle was still on warranty until December 2018, and our dealer is not making any attempts to have this rectified, they want me to stand ALL cost for this repairs which is totally unfair, I need some advise on a way forward to get them to honer their warranty and after sales customers.
