I am loving my new Aviator

This car is perfect for a grandmother of 6. There is great comfort, more than I’ve had in any car, and the perfect size for zipping around San Antonio. The dealership at NPL was so clean and sanitized and the salespeople were wearing masks and gloves! Go to Casper Kasperski because he will work to help you.

This is the first SUV I have owned.

Nicely styled, beautiful interior, very comfortable seats . Options abound and incredible ride. Twin turbos and 400 hp doesn't hurt the excitement factor either! I resisted SUVs for years in favor of sedans, but I am pleased way beyond expectations. This was a gift for my wife, now I'll have to be extra nice so I can drive it too!

What's that xxxx noise?

I purchased a brand new Lincoln Aviator Black Label and from the very beginning there is this odd noise coming from the front passenger side. Definitely rotational, It's been to the dealer twice. After rotating tires, checking alignment, spin balancing and a new wheel bearing the noise is still there. I knew better than to buy a first generation car for $80,000.

Several issues with the car

This car hasn't turned on in my garage and in the streets at least 6 times, have not been able to use, and everytime it goes to the shop to "fix it", it stays the same. Terrible reliability, cannot afford to use at any moment know due to being concerned over a possible shutdown of the car. And this all happened in 2 months after acquiring the car.

Great Vehicle!

This suv screams luxury. Lincoln hit it out of the park with this one. It is fun to drive and makes you feel like you are sitting in your favorite recliner.

This car leaks everytime it rains, the electronics are malfunctioning due to moisture and the dealership and Lincoln have been horrible to deal with despite 4 repair. a clear lemon law and a know defect in robotics from the factory

Car has vibration. 5 weeks at dealership.

No help from Lincoln. Dealer replaced drive Shaft. Did not help . 5 weeks and nothing has helped 15 years owing lincoln. Dealership has loaned me new Lincoln as loaner.

Best looking car we have owned!

The Lincoln Aviator reserve package is The best looking car for 2020 in my opinion. Love the interior and the great gas mileage. We may never buy anything else.....

Most problematic car I ever owned

This car has been a pain ever since I bought it. 3 months after I bought the car the shock absorbers needed to be replaced. I have had tons of electrical repairs done on the car and I took this to the dealership 3 times. The Most Persistent problem however has been the alarm system going off within minutes of locking the car, forcing me to leave the car unlocked the whole night. I took this in 3 times and dealership has not been able to fix this issue. I drive this car as a job and have been driving Lincoln for 15 years and this car has given the most problems thus far. Leaving this car at the dealer has lost me tons of money.

Most comfortable car I have ever owned

I just like it, it is comfortable drives great, and has power, looks great, I have had a lot of compliments on it, 3 row needs help to get out that first step getting out needs something
