Very easy and fun to drive its comfortable

This car is very comfortable and fun to drive. Twin city Toyota in herculaneum was great easy to work with and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable.

A Car I Can Depend On

This car is everything I’ve ever wanted. It’s reliable, AWD, comfortable, and affordable. I bought this car used and was really impressed with all of the features it had. Subaru’s have always been a dream of mine because I’ve always read very good things about thing. Now that I’ve experienced owning this vehicle I know that I made the right choice!

Disappointing

Very mediocre car overall. Not comfortable for long trips (>1 hr), loud and under-powered engine, weak stereo even though it was the upgraded version, and it consistently burned between 1-1.5 quarts of oil per 5000 miles. The car (bought new) also broke down and left me stranded on the highway at 30,000 miles, and again at 34,000 miles despite meticulous maintenance on my part. No answers from dealership. Needless to say, I got rid of it. On the plus side, it is one of few vehicles that offers a manual transmission and it was surprisingly capable off-road.

Sporty and economical AWD

The Crosstrek is sporty looking, AWD for bad weather, and gets good gas mileage. Great car for the money. I dig the fun colors Subaru offers for this model. The interior could have been more modern and useful. A coin holder would be nice and USB connection closer to the front console and not the center console. For long-legged folks, finding the proper distance between the gas peddle, seat, and distance of the steering wheel can be tricky. They should totally fix that by allowing the steering wheel to extend out another two inches.

A functional appliance

This car is perfectly functional as an appliance/vehicle. The engine/CVT are not great, but do manage to get around 30mpg on the freeway which isn't bad for an AWD. The seats aren't great either, but like the rest of the interior is functional and seems like they'll last a long time. There's a lot of cargo room, given how small the Crosstrek is and longer stuff fits in nicely with the seats folded down (think Ikea or Home Depot runs).

Quality = Subaru Crosstrek !

I’ve been taking this car for a 24,000 mile test drive, and I’ll like to say I find the driver seat very comfortable accident avoidance and handling are excellent, gas mileage is surprisingly very good! I’ve had no problems whatsoever with the car, I just bring it in for it synthetic oil change and put gas in it and it goes and goes and goes. It’s been a wonderful experience so far. And wow the Subaru all wheel drive is fantastic!

Average Little Commuter Car

Just like the title says... the crosstrek is an average little commuter car. I liked the look of it but the storage space was very limited and it just was cheaply made in my opinion. I had a 2017 and the paint was peeling off the bumper after only two years... no thanks! Lots of plastic and it just isn’t a very solid vehicle in my opinion. The interior has a lot of plastic too that is easily scratched. Great gas mileage thought if you don’t care about quality. It would be a great first car for a teenager. I only had it for 3 weeks and then went back to the dealer I bought it from and got a Jeep because I didn’t like it and couldn’t see myself driving it long term.

Slow & Paint chipping

Very slow no pick up. It is comfortable on the inside. Bluetooth is iffy, not clear and if windshield wipes or headlights are on the Bluetooth is very difficult to hear. Chipping paint was reported to dealer, claim filed and hood and side doors were repainted. Windshield wipes are a cheap Subaru kind and last about 1 year. 1st Subaru and will be my last. Great in the snow.
