Honest and Fair Price Upfront
by BuySmart from DealerRater.com
December 4, 2018
Easiest car buying experience ever. Sheehy offered a fair price upfront that crushed the competition. All fees were disclosed and there were no surprises. They worked diligently to secure the exact vehicle we desired, rather than attempt to push us to buy an on-hand version. Sheehy demonstrated they are not a traditional dealership who always looks for the big kill (roll the consumer). Chris La Porte is an amazing and uncomplicated person. If you want a Subaru, shop the rest to confirm the price, but Sheehy will work to deliver exactly what you want at a fair, extremely competitive price. We will look to use them again.

The car is great for travel. The AWD is a great feature to have in the northeast. It got me through many bad snowstorms. Handles excellently and has great MPG

They Are My Dealer Now
by Michael R from Passaic, NJ
December 4, 2018
I checked with many other dealers advertising deals which were only the beginning of so many additional charges that they were just bait. Not real. At Sport they were 100% real. Nothing unexpected. They also were very attentive and made buying a new car quick, easy and the real joy that it should be.
Impreza on steroids

Had limited 2017Crosstrek unfortunately badly rear ended by plumber contractor's van. Survived crash. Eyesight and AWD was great, loved higher clearance and visibility around. It was best choice for the money, tried Honda, Toyota, Mazda counterparts - they are good vehicles but Subaru was better for me.

I’ve found my forever car.
by Carolyn D. from Chelsea, MA

The Subaru Crosstrek is my favorite purchased vehicle of all time. It’s big enough to haul a 5 foot dresser and small enough to park in a tight spot. My next car will definitely be another Crosstrek!!

6% interest on financing
by maoduowawa from DealerRater.com
November 17, 2018
Is there a reason that people can???t buy volkswagen with cash money but have to finance? At 6% interest , hopefully they didn???t lie to me about paying off early without penalty, I really don???t want to pay over 3000 dollars for finance charges. They emailed me a survey but no follow up, oh well ....we will find out in a couples weeks after BB and T bank contact me .

Painless Experience
by Chris Outback from Greenbelt, Md
October 27, 2018
This is a dealership with professional business people. I was very pleasantly surprised. My entire car buying experience went very smoothly. I am very pleased that I chose this dealership to get my Outback . Both the General Manager Greg Lewis and the sales person James Richards were exceptional.

Great Experience!
by Jonathan Guerra from Kylertown, PA
November 20, 2018
I live in PA and I was up in the area checking out a couple Subaru STI's when driving by Stohlman I saw a blue STI and fell in love with it. It was Greatest Experience I ever had. Thanks to Nick Razak who gave his time and day to help me through the process of purchasing my Blue 2019 wrx sti. Helped deal with the vehicle price, paper work and even answered all my questions and concerns. Definitely was worth driving 3 hours. Thank you Nick Razak and everyone who made it possible for me to leave driving happily home with my new car. Definitely recommend Stohlman for a great Experience on purchasing a vehicle
A great AWD Crossover
by BDanner from Wilmington NC

We purchased this for our daughter's first car. The 18's had just come out so we were able to get a brand new 17 with the Eyesight Safety package for less than the base 18 model. The high points of this vehicle for me are SAFETY, VISIBILITY, & DEPENDABILITY. EXTERIOR: The exterior of the vehicle is stylish and slightly rugged. Doors open wide (almost a full 90 degrees) and close with a sturdy clunk. Roof rails are standard, and with a set of optional crossbars will hold a good size cargo box. INTERIOR:The interior is durable cloth with a stylish orange contrast stitch. More than adequate head and legroom all around. Ample cargo space. As I mentioned before, the visibility in this thing is unmatched with large windshield and side/rear glass. There are soft touch materials aplenty. Controls (both dash and steering wheel) are very well organized and intuitively thought out. The Crosstrek does seem to suffer from a bit of identity crisis. Are the interior backlights Orange? Blue? Red? White? Yes to all and it seems a little disjointed but is not a major issue. Bluetooth and infotainment system is easy to use and features a single CD player, 2 USB ports, an auxiliary port and available XM Satellite radio. My only quibbles with the interior are the odd placement of the heated seat switch, lack of sunglass holder and a cruise adjustment that takes some getting used to (hard to explain, but suffice it to say it's the opposite of most cars I've driven). RIDE/PERFORMANCE: Ride quality is great. Cabin is quiet. Acceleration is adequate and the CVT is much better than the one on my Honda HRV. I wouldn't call it sporty, but I could go with nimble. Love that this vehicle is AWD, and unlike other offerings in this segment it is TRUE ALL WHEEL DRIVE, not 2WD and AWD when it senses it needs to be. Keep that in mind when you are comparison shopping. SAFETY: The Eyesight System is awesome! Adaptive cruise will keep you 1-2-or 3 car lengths behind the car in front of you. Emergency Breaking, Blind Spot Monitors, Rear Back up Camera with crossover warning all help ease our minds a little when we send our teenager out on the road. More airbags than you probably need, including drivers knee airbag. This is also a Insurance Top Pick for collision. SUMMARY: To sum it up, a great safe practical durable choice in this segment. I really wish I had chosen this when I was shopping for myself as my Honda HRV is a real turd to drive.

Great customer service!
by Pablo10!??? from DealerRater.com
December 3, 2018
I can???t say enough about how great the staff in the Service department are at Herb Gordon Subaru. I had to have major work done on my 2010 Forester and Vitaliy took the time to explain everything, find some coupons, and even got the car out of the shop earlier than anticipated. They were kind and easy to work with. I???m very pleased with the quality of the car given to my car and will return again.
The most bang for your buck.
by FogHorn from Calgary Alberta

As far as I’m concerned, living in Canada where the snow is often not cleared, you have two choices of vehicles, Subaru or AUDI, and Subaru is half the money for the same traction. Any other type of ’all wheel drive’ system, I don’t care what you call it, is not up to performing well enough when you need real traction. This vehicle is also tall enough to have proper clearance, but not to tall that it has poor stability. The new engine is very good on gas, almost as good as our civic was.

Best Experience in the Northern Virginia Area
by Pentagon_Pete from Alexandria, VA
November 24, 2018
I researched our Honda /Acura purchase for over two weeks using every resource available. I also contacted over 15 dealerships for quotes. Brian Welsh from Radley Acura, Bailey's Crossroads was the only sales person who truly listened, understood what I was looking for and responded with a reasonable quote from the start. When I arrived at the dealership Brian had multiple choices ready for us to evaluate. There was no pressure, and nothing was hidden. Brian did what he said he would do! We didn't get turned over to multiple layers of management, Brian was empowered and knowledgeable. When it was time to meet the Finance Manager Matt, he displayed the same level of professionalism and knowledge as Brian Welsh. The sales team at Radley Acura is awesome and I highly recommend them. Out of the 6 local dealers we visited, Radley Acura was the only one that I felt offered us a fair price from the start, had a trained team of professionals, and was looking to earn a repeat customer. Radley Acura of Bailey's Crossroads, truly did "Delivered a Memorable Experience".
Great car for snow
by SubaruLover from Crete, NE
August 23, 2018
Loved the overall styling. When I would see one going down the road I was always proud to be driving a Crosstrek. It was a very reliable, comfortable car and my best experience overall was having an AWD to drive through the snow in the mountains. No other car I've owned left me feeling as safe and confident as the Crosstrek did. Cons: For a Subaru I was disappointed in the heating system and defrost. Living in Nebraska and traveling frequently to CO in the winter I was more than surprised to find out the heater was less than impressive and the defrost could not keep up with the sleet on the interstate. I drove at least 100 miles with an ice dam on my windshield because of the poor defrosting capability. C'mon Subaru! Also was not impressed with the windshield wipers. A new car should be streak free and keep the ice and snow off better than these did. Lastly on the cons, I never was able to use the hands free in my Crostrek. Not sure if all Crosstrek owners experience the same, but the mic in the car wasn't sensitive enough to pick up anything I was saying. When I did make a call - manually, because I could never get the audio to pick up what I was saying, whoever I was talking to always said they really couldn't hear what I was saying. I finally just stopped using it altogether. Overall though, a great car and I would have no hesitation buying one again. Next Subaru will have the eyesight feature. :-)
