Quiet, runs effeciently, and looks great.
Good looking, easy to get in and out of. I love the easy opening back door for groceries and other items. Also gets great gas millage.

Best in class for me
Very smooth ride and holds my family of 6 nicely. The model is basic, but the standard features are nice. My whole family enjoys the leg room.

Feel safe in this car with all the safety features
this Big Suv makes me feel safer and I love all the safety features. I love the comfort of the Suv . This Highlander rates very high in Consumer Reports as a reliable, safe and a great SuV to buy and helped me consider it a potential buy which I did end up buying. Who could ask better than that.????

Fragile. Junk battery, Crap tires 5 flats in 10000
Everything is falling off of it. Junky tires- 5 Flat Tires in 10000 miles. Wind noise. Air bags quit. Roof Rubber comes off in car wash. Seats stain way easy just from everyday use. Had both front seats rebuilt in 5000 miles. Battery quit at 7000 miles. Left us stranded, not good. Over all a trash heap of a car. No more Toyotas for my wife and I … Hello Chrysler...

Most expensive car I owned
No chance to rate properly as I was injured in accident that totaled my previous car so I'm not able to drive at this point but seems like a well made car

Best Minivan Replacemnet
Since my kids have grown-up, I had the need to replace my very reliable, comfortable Honda Odyssey with a more fun, family hauler SUV. Money was not a big concern, so I was shopping between 2017 Audi Q7, 2016 MB GL, 2016 Lexus GX, new Honda Pilot and new Toyota Highlander - ALL of them 7/8 seater. I know 3 of the cars are luxury but all of these cars are very close in price. Previously, I owned BMW X3, BMW 535xi and my latest BMW X5 which I sold last month and I am an enthusiastic driver. Even though I love BMW overall, the new BMW X7 was out of my reach at this point. I test drove all the cars and here is my honest opinion. Audi Q7 was great performance and fun to drive, but going in the 3rd row seat is cumbersome and my kids will not want to do it. Too many steps just to enter there - Audi do something about this? Can you not make it simpler? MB GL was nice with all features - but big, detached from road and dealer was not negotiating price. GX was a truck-like and didn't like the drive. After lot of research, videos and blogs - finally bought a brand-new 2018 Highlander AWD Limited. Absolutely love it!!! Great feature comfort, nice styling. I had dealer put running-boards and door moldings. It looks gorgeous! I would say looks are on par with my bimmer. Love the interior and the shelf is so useful. I have put 300 miles so far and it is comfortable. 3rd row access is fine and seating is comfortable. I am planning to keep the car for at least 5-6 years. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Very stylish and comfortable
LS plus Trim: Plus: great comfort, beautiful, lots of room, locking glove compartment, auto trunk, front end collision prevention aid, auto high beams Minus: weird heater, heavy 2nd row, unnecessary unusable buttons meant for higher trims, terrible Navi app. No alarm available
