Love the safety features

I love all the safety features it offers. It’s great on gas. The bass on the music is excellent. I went from a bigger suv to a smaller suv. Even though I love the highlander I miss my bigger suv as I have four kids and it gets a little snug when we are all in there.

Well engineered

Excellent vehicle. Pay attn to the details of the model you choose. Toyota adds and subtracts features between models. No chance of a dealer modifying a car.

We really love our Highlander

I was happy to purchase a new Highlander for our family. It is a great vehicle! I have a 4Runner with 250k and it’s still driving like new. We had a 2016 Chrysler town and country. With 25000 miles it was halfway through its second set of tires, needed SRS work, had a failing ac system and had to replace automatic door latch system. Total piece of junk. We are at total ease now with our Toyota.

Finally the SUV Worth Keeping

This SUV has a powerful engine, good performance. MPG on the highway exceeded the expectation. I traveled from FL to NY, in a 200 mile range strictly highway clocked 35mpg. Overall MPG combined around 28, 29MPG. Remarkable. Interior design and visibility is good all around. Very good practical safety and functional features unlike the 2018 Rav4 SUV which I traded in. Lane Departure audio alert sounds loud enough that can be heard even with radio on. Rav4 has a very low audio volume, that's why I traded in. To me that is useless safety feature especially it can't safely alert you. Highlander is very comfortable. Very good ride and absorb bumps very nicely. XLE trim is more value for the money even though it is on the pricey side. The Highlander will be the SUV to keep for a long time.

Reliable and comfortable

Have had this for 1 day. It is incredible. I had a 2017 Highlander which was also awesome. I feel Toyota is a quality make

Very comfortable and reliable vehicle!

We have owned several Toyotas and have come to depend on their reliability and comfort. They have all performed well in our Minnesota winters. Thanks, Toyota!

Best vehicles I've ever owned are Toyota's.

The Highlander Limited Platinum met all of my needs in an upscale SUV and I feel is a terrific value for the quality of the vehicle. Toyota products are the best vehicles I've ever owned. I'm a lifetime customer.

Excellent Handling

I've had it a month and like it so far. Traded in my 2012 Explorer Limited for the Highlander Limited. The Explorer was a little more comfortable but lacked power and the ride was soft. This Highlander is much more responsive and handles much better. I feel safer in the Highlander. I've taken one long trip (1,000 miles) and the gas mileage is much better than my Ford. My kids all drive Toyota's and convinced me to join the family.

Exactly what we were looking for.

We gad a RAV4 before and really liked it. This Highlander is a larger version of the RAV4 and is so classy looking. It rides smooth and the interior space is so much more than the Avalon which we traded in.

Very comfortable and reliable ride.

This is our second highlander. I originally thought that I wanted a larger SUV but after seeing the new style of highlander, it met our needs again. Very happy with it thus far. Suggest a mini-class to teach baby boomers about all of the technology.
