2016 Toyota Tacoma consumer reviews

I have owned and driven many different vehicles from various brands. Toyota is at the top. Best mid-sized truck on the market in my opinion. Tacomas hold their value. I've gotten more attention/compliments from mine, in the sandstone color, than from my 04 Subaru STI in WRB with gold BBS rims. Crawl control is amazing.

I've owned 4 new Tacos. This last Limited spent half of its year ownership in the shop mainly for a recall but also with many complaints. The truck would surge at idle. Had delayed engagement into drive. Was always searching for gears. Got lousy mileage. Had less power than our 2015 yet with more hp. Go figure. I'll never buy another Taco unless its a 2015 or older. Very disappointed.

Has a lot of leg room for me (5'10"). Curse control a little ruff on a medium hill. I take the curse off in the mountains of NC, no problem. My new camper leaks on the bed because of a slot next to the front of the top of the head rail. The drinks holder are set back a little more between the front seats. Has plenty of storage room under the back seats. I will get some different tires the next, it may make it a bit quite. The phone, AC and radio works great. I like truck, when it doesn't rain.

Super great looking truck... and super functional. It's dependable, gorgeous looking, and runs perfectly. The add-ons to this truck make it way better looking and more loaded than the ones you'll see at a dealership. A private party sale in Arizona is a non-taxed sale!

Tacoma is a great truck with good power. Great looking truck and reliability is unbeatable. Best midsize truck on the market. I will be another one when I am done with this one.

Very comfortable, quiet interior, most used functions can be controlled from the steering well. I like how the back up camera shows the trailer hitch as well as a wide view, very helpful when backing up in a tight parking lot.

I love my truck! I researched and researched on the most reliable truck, and found that Tacomas are the most reliable trucks on the road, regardless of the year. Simple, yet modern design. I have everything that I need in the truck. Bluetooth, voice navigation, great sound system, slick exterior!

I love this truck. It has many great features and a lot of leg room. It drives smoothly and isn't too bad on gas either.

Very comfortable. Quiet,tows sixty eight hundred pounds. I'd buy a toyota again before I'd buy another ford f-150 rust bucket. "Fix or repair Daily". Love my Toyota Tacoma!

Best vehicle i?ve Owned! Love the room and size! Comfortable and visibility is two major selling points! We drove 12hours with a 3 month old and it was no problem.
