Just the Right Size

I was looking for a reliable car with a few newer features like the back-up camera and the voice recognized audio system. The price for this car used was unbeatable for a 2017. I cant speak much to it's reliability yet but it is comfortable and I love driving it. My seatbelt does have a tendency to stay slack when I take it off but this might just be a result of the previous owner. Overall I love my new car and recommend it to anyone looking for a smaller but comfortable vehicle.

Great car for the money.

I needed a gas miser that was cheap. After owning this car since July 2017 I have come to really love this car. It is fun to drive and sporty looking. I actually think it is a better car than the more expensive Corolla....

Fuel efficient and very up to date with technology

Love it! Drives smoothe, stereo and navigation is awesome! And I love that I can Bluetooth my phone to the car for music and phone calls!

Most reliable car I own

This car was by far the best value for my money. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. The ride is like a sedan. It's just the right size for me, has very comfortable seats. If you're looking for a new first car put this one on your short list to test drive.

Best bang for the buck , hands-down

My '17 Yaris iA is everything I wanted and much more. Excellent value, build quality, fit & finish and interior, plus, it's much better equipped than anything else in its price range. Handling is quick and solid, not quite "zippy", but fun, nonetheless. Acceleration? It ain't rocket-quick by any stretch of the imagination, but it does have adequate power when you consider the gas mileage rating - which mine has consistently beaten. I'm getting 39.5 to 40 MPG at every fill up, and that's ALL stop & go, in-town driving. Love the 6-speed manual tranny in mine. It was extremely hard to find one with a manual transmission, but that's what I wanted. Apparently, everybody wants auto-shifters nowadays, so I was able to negotiate a great OTD price, but even at MSRP these little cars are a great value. If you're looking for cheap, affordable, fun-to-drive transportation, then I'd recommend the Yaris iA as a viable candidate for your consideration. One thing, though, you will find that the rear seat is really only roomy enough for kids. Cramming four adults into this vehicle would be advisable for short hops ONLY. It does have a center seat belt, too, but that's just wishful thinkin', IMHO. The only accessory that I added to mine is the center armrest kit for the front. It made a ton of difference in comfort for me, and I believe it would do the same for you. They're about two hundred bucks, but it can be a bargaining chip during purchase negotiations. This time of year (October) you might be able to get one thrown-in for free! It can be dealer-installed, but any DIY-er can install it, like I did. I love my little car and wouldn't trade it for anything else currently on the road. It does exactly what I bought it for and throws in a little fun to boot!

Cozy car, sleek style, and a smooth drive!

I am part of a two-person family and I like driving without a lot of excess space, and this car has met all of my needs. The features are not overwhelming, the interior is not bulky, and the exterior is a great, fashionable design. This is a small car, and I have not seen many cars that utilize this small amount of space so effectively! Toyota is known for its reliable cars with high safety ratings. This car was also the lowest priced car in the market, and is serving me great so far! It has blue tooth and connects to your phone so you are able to make calls using buttons on your steering wheel and control music. It has the typical back camera and sensor. It does NOT have GPS as you see on Maps app, but only functions like a compass. Other than that, it's a beautiful, modest car. Perfect if you do not carry a lot of large items or if you do not have a lot of family members piling in your car. It's a comfortable ride, great on gas, and totally affordable! It has a smaller gas tank, but higher gas mileage. For a full tank, it's roughly $25 using Chevron. Toyota also offered an 8 year warranty (not covering typical wear-and-tear) which was an amazing deal.

Great Car except for Paint Failure

The car performs well and is fun to drive with great gas mileage especially during warm weather. Mileage seems to go down in cooler weather. I've gotten about 50 mpg on regional trips (30 -60 minutes), mostly 30's to low 40's on shorter trips around town. Handling and acceleration are good and the car is certainly adequate in the mountains here in Colorado. The only major problem for me is that the paint on the roof was destroyed down to the metal after some bird droppings were on the roof at for maybe a couple of weeks. I've never seen or even heard of a problem like this before on ANY car. This seems to be isolated to the roof (an area where water did not bead after a storm even when the car was only two months old) and appears to be a factory defect but Toyota has so far refused to acknowledge the problem or repair it.

Best Compact Car I've ever owned.

This car is perfect if fuel efficiency is high on your list. It comes with a lot of standard features for a car of this price category. It has Bluetooth, rearview camera, 16" inch alloy wheels etc. These come standard. It has an impressive amount of cargo space. It has the best value out of all the cars in this segment. It has tons of headroom. Buy this car, you won't be disappointed.

It was really a neat car and the size surprised me

I really like the car, the size, the gas mileage, but the air conditioning only put out mild air when we mentioned it to salesman we knew it wasn't right, but he just blew it off like nothing was wrong . We didn't take it for that reason.
