My first car

I love this car. It is so comfortable for me and my toddler. The Bluetooth is very nice and easy and the mirrors are just perfect.

Surprised

I've owned more Toyota's than any other car. I bought this vehicle for my grandson. I had an Echo when they first came out and kept it for years. I was surprised at the pick up and spunk the little vehicle displayed at the test drive. We shopped around and drove other brands and bigger Toyotas. For the price, the bells and whistles, we kept coming back to the Yaris iA. My grandson loves it and its fun to ride shotgun in. Great gas mileage and maintenance make it even better. I have two cons; the styling of the front end looks like an after thought. The angles and curves elsewhere look great, but the nose looks off. The line of the dash is a bit ruined with the square touch screen display. More curves and less hard lines please.

The Nicest Entry Level Car I've Ever Driven

The Yaris iA is actually built by Mazda and is the successor to the Mazda2. We currently own a 2012 Mazda2 and this was a natural fit. Why Mazda decided not to import this model but to allow Toyota the honor mystifies. This is one of the best executed entry level cars I have ever driven, much less owned. We live in a land of long commutes, cold winters and occasionally deep snows, as a matter of family economy we stick to this price point and know it well. From fit and finish to road performance absolutely the best.

It is a nice and smooth driving.

It's nice and it is spacious enough for me. It has everything that I need and I love that u can synchronize my phone to the car. It is the best purchase I've made this year.

I WANT THIS CAR

I did my research online. I prefer compact and subcompact vehicles and although I wanted the Honda Fit - the Yaris ia was my first choice. It was super!! It was wayyy cute outside & very nice and roomier than i expected inside. It was a VERY smooth ride & quieter than online reviews led ne to believe. I also had read that the pickup was lagging but found that it had a sport switch also for extra torque on the highway whoch really made it a nonissue (although it didnt seem to lag much to me otherwise either). If i could afford it, THIS would be my next car.

A great choice

I test drive this car before buying my car. I was impressed with the get up and go it had. It is a small car with a great price tag. Although this was not my end choice it was a excellent candidate in the running for price, value and comfortability!

Great so far

I am hoping this great little car holds up as well as the Toyota I drove for 11 years before purchasing this one. I love the looks, it's fun to drive and it is more than I was hoping to get for the budget we had to work with. I test-drove a Camry and a Corolla, and while both were nice, I just loved this little Yaris iA. I would have to do another review in a year or two, as I purchased a Toyota planning on having it for 10 or more years. Here's hoping!

Small but mighty

This car is small with a low ceiling compared to most cars I've owned, but it has great handling and pickup for how fuel efficient it is. Just be wary if you tote around any extra tall people. My brothers can fit (both around 6' 2" - 6' 3"), but it's definitely not a car they would consider for themselves or for very long distances.

Absolutely love it

I love this little car. It's zippy, comfy, and really (really!) high-end on interior features for the price. I splurged for the armrest and navigation SD card, and I couldn't be happier. The fact that Toyota also offers it in a stick shift was a big bonus for me. I intend to keep this thing 'til it runs itself into the ground!
