This car is an amazing value for the price. Interior design is very nice with tight fitting trim, high quality plastics, and a classy ambient lighting package. The car grabs the road nicely and the dual clutch gearbox is lightning fast. Feels like a much more expensive car. Good job VW!

Owned for 8 months so far and loving it. It's not the best at anything, but it sure does everything extremely well. I have the top Autobahn trim and it's lovely, but I believe the SE and Sport trims are probably the best value.

Fit and finish of everything is great. Its fun, the interior is sophisticated, and everything is very refined.

I can commute to work, take 2 dogs to the park, transport artwork, havefun and get good gas mileage. Great sound system, super handling and great warranty on a lightly used car.

I needed a commuter car for my daily 100 mile commute. I was pretty clear on what type of car I wanted; Fun to drive, practicality (have 4 yr old and 10mo old but I do have an SUV already), Gas Mileage etc. I test drove Mazda 3, Golf GTI, Focus ST and few other sedans but nothing came as close to GTI. *I wanted to test drive the WRX as well due to the AWD system (Live in NJ) but the nearest dealer didn't let me test drive so I chose the GTI. Now I have little over 1000 miles on it with break in period over, I am enjoying so much to drive this car. I even went shopping to Costco with my family and luggage was no problem. Only thing that I wish this car can improve is interior's console room and the way too much brake dust on the front wheel. German cars are known have some problem throughout the life of the vehicle but I took a chance and bought it and will see how my 1st VW experience will go. Highly recommend this car!

I am biased, I love VW. I did not need much convincing to purchase the GTi. I have owned it for a month now and I am absolutely delighted with it. Performance is superb, especially the DSG!! Wholeheartedly recommended!!

I've had the 2017 VW GTI Sport for a month now. It's very roomy, gets great gas mileage, has ample power, and handles great. So far I'm very happy with my purchase.

Literally made the best decision in purchasing this car. I couldn't be happier. It's spacious, drives like a charm and has the sporty style without limiting space in the back seats. So in love with this car I could consider leaving it stock forever. The exhaust system has some mild throat and the pull this car is amazing. So so happy and would definitely purchase again.

It's sporty but fuel efficient, compact but spacious and can haul a lot gear, the suspension is firm and handles well but it's not a rough ride at all. VW really hits the sweet spot and while not cheap, you get a lot of car for your money. I went with the Sport because I like the plaid cloth seats and love those rims. And it's a sharp looking car. I have less than 1000 miles on it so I can't say anything about reliability but it makes me smile when I drive it.

Car checks all the boxes. Fun, classy styling, plenty of cargo room. Great daily driver with good mpg that you can still take out and have fun driving in.
