Car had plenty of drive, always had excellent handling and speed even as it aged it didn't seem to diminish. The engine was always solid and never had problems. Heavier than most similar sedans, great in the snow. What mostly bothered me were small hard to diagnose electric problems that VW refuses to warranty even though they are all design flaws that almost every owner of VW seems to encounter.

The car met all my needs and served me very well. It's winter tough, and very reliable. Never had a problem using it. Really recommended.

I bought my current car from a private seller when I became in a bind, without my old car to drive. I have always wanted to own a VW Jetta! The minute that I drove the car before buying it I fell in love. It is a safe bet to say that I do not intend to drive anything in the future except a Voltswagen!

Very roomy interior, great mpg and better handling than most new cars. Parts widely available and cheap!

This car has it's fair share of electrical problems. But with a good mechanic, this car will easily go past it's 200,000 miles mark.

I think it a great starter vehicle, plus its a TDI so the gas mileage is like no other. You would literally only have to fill up every 1 and 1/2 to 2 weeks. It's incredibly worth it.

This is my second because I loved my first one so much! After a few modifications, I averaged 54mpg on the highway. (Long story short) I had to get a second because I tried to further modify and didn't fully read the instructions and warnings which caused the computer to become an expensive brick; I learned the hard way. I do intend to make the same modifications to this one with a little more caution. I expect my mpgs to eventually reach low 60s. I love my mkiv diesel!

Bought the car at 42,000 miles. Perfect condition. Great car with great gas mileage up until 140,000 miles. Now it's a car with great gas mileage that needs something fixed every couple of weeks.

I love my new car. I needed a new one bad because my car gave out. It was perfect for me and I got in 2 days which I liked a lot. It was truly a blessing.
