End of the model year deal......................

Following backpack of my JSW TDI 6M, I REALLY got a deal (and a half) after going thru a bunch of VW dealers in the great central valley of California. After just under 7 grand odometer, Fuelly dot com shows 39 and change MPG. No issues save the low coolant light went on at 3k (Methinks factory assemblers left early on Friday. Result: coolant level below full. Wider tires and less weight than my vw wagon gives better handling. For just over $14k OTD this little 1.4/5M turbo is - MHO - a giant bargain.

Jetta 1.4 is an awesome car for the dough

I bought this car because I had a VW TDI that was bought back from VW. We are VW loyal and it is one of the few new cars you can buy with a manual transmission, a must for me. And it gets great gas mileage and has plenty of acceleration for me. Love it!!!!

I am now brand loyal

This car has the best standard features for the price point. Style is youthful yet practical. The Jetta GLI is just a fun car to drive, making a 2 hour commute bearable.

Best car in its class.

Will do 140 and get 40mpg , has enough room for me to stretch out and be cozy. Love the way the car handles and it merges with ease . perfect car for light city and highway travel.

Very happy with this car for price

This car just got me through a very rough Buffalo New York winter and i barely noticed...having the cold weather package was a good choice. comfortable and has a large amount of interior room for its size i own a manual, so I don't know how that affects handling, but I thoroughly enjoy this ride for it's price tag. Highly recommended.

For a small car, it is exceptional

Great car, plenty of room for a midsize car, excellent acceleration with a lot of extras. The car was a great deal with every bit of style and beauty that a Volkswagen always delivers.

Most reliable and useful first car!

Searching for my first car was tricky, with all the different makes and models out there. I heard a lot of good reviews about how VW?s are made and how they opporate. I immediately fell in love with the look and feel of the Jetta, and all the additional safety gadgets and accessories. This car is without a doubt one of the best cars around. Not only is it reliable and good quality, but it has everything I need and more in it! It rides smooth and with ease. I love VW and especially Jetta?s!

Toyota?s , Honda?s and nissan are Most reliable

I thought Toyota , Honda and nissans are most reliable but after I drove a Jetta I am super impressed with the comfort and styling.

Great power for a small car!

We were looking for a car with great gas mileage and with the power to accelerate in city traffic. This car met both goals!
