I am writing this review for a service visit I made to Acura of Boston. I had luckily saw that the drive belt on my MDX was torn and brought it in as soon as I could to have repaired. It was a Saturday afternoon and Bob was able to take my car in and provide me a loaner for the rest of the weekend so that I didn't have to continue driving my car. The car was serviced and Peter helped me get my car back on Monday. I had some concerns with the pricing delivered over the phone and had a minor issue with the way the car was returned to me, but it was all addressed and I had a conversation with Nick Dota the GM at the dealer regarding everything. At the end of the day, I learned how the miscommunication happened and it could have been a minor error which Peter had no control over when he priced out the repair to me on the phone. It would have been correct when I showed up. I'm glad that Nick the GM stands by his employees and am very pleased with the outcome. Will definitely return for my repairs.
Outstanding. I arrived a few minutes after my scheduled time and was greeted with a warm welcome. Then I asked to confirm the work I wanted performed on my automobile. No extra selling. I did not wait any longer than the service agent had promised me.
Brought my car to Herb Connelly Acura for service service advisor met with me and explained what they were going to do and cost..car was ready on time very clean inside and washed outside left very happy. Will bring my car back when it needs to be serviced again. Thanks John L
I had a great experience leasing a 2018 Acura MDX from the folks at Herb Connolly. Brian English gave me a few minutes of his time just after closing on a Sunday. The next day when I came back during normal business hours he set me up with my salesman, Hale Hack. Hale was great answering questions and did a good job showing off the car. He was not pushy at all, he gave me space ad time to make a decision at my own pace, and spent a portion of his day off to make sure I could pick up the MDX when it was convenient for me. I also received great help from Rodrigo Peralta and Ethan Rawson during the final negotiations and financing.
It was nice to receive a very competitive price for the MDX. It was even better to be treated well and to not be subjected to the standard sales schtick common to many car dealerships.
I had never been to this dealership until two weeks ago. Now I'm the proud owner of a 2019 RDX. The fact that the exact car I wanted was not on the lot was no problem for them. They had it there in only a few days for me. Working with Steven Ashe was truly a pleasure. I would recommend Acura of Peabody and Steve to anyone.
