Brian Kelsven, was extremely well knowledgeable of all the electronics, all kinds of "bells and whistles", and did a phenomenal delivery of the truck to me. My Entire Experience was Awesome!!!, From my salesman "Sam DelBrocco" to the sales manager Rick Lipowski, to my Finance Officer "Steven" to Brian Kelsven - who explained me all the functions of the truck, to Pam the receptionist, all the way to the Owner - Don Luke -, whom I met in person and we chat for a while.... My 2019 A5 Cabriolet (convertible) is awesome. it is the perfect MN car. it has 4 wheel drive for winter and a convertible top for summer. it is technologically advanced, beautifully styled and a blast to drive. Got it at Audi Minneapolis.
I have wanted a Lexus RX since I first saw a family member drive one when I was in grade school (almost 20 yrs ago). So in October of 2017, I came here with my boyfriend to meet with AFTON in hopes of getting a Lexus RX 350 as a birthday gift... Well the numbers just did not work due to the negative equity I had to carryover from my trade-in; I was CRUSHED to say the least. My bf kept telling me you can try it again next year & I was so OVER him saying that until I realized he did it b/c he was going to propose to me a week later... (mic drop) He wanted my birthday to be memorable b/c of him not the car, lol... We got married in July of 2018!!! So here we are an entire year later, my current car is still in good condition but could use some TLC that I was going to have to pay for out of pocket. I looked into multiple other options & dealerships, but the road led me back to AFTON... It was a Sunday evening & I kept thinking about our first interaction when she told me she understood my situation b/c she had been in the same one & worked her way out of it. I couldn???t afford to wait any longer & the clock was ticking on me making the decision to refinance my current car or just get a newer one, so I looked for AFTON???s number (still in my phone from the previous year) & texted her right then... I thought ???This is CRAZY! She???s not going to remember you & it???s SUNDAY... She???s not even at work!??? I???m happy to say I was wrong... She did remember be & she texted me back promptly that same evening. By the next morning (Monday), I had texted her all of the info for my trade-in to see how much they could give me for it; by Thursday evening I was able to visit the showroom again... This time I had ZERO EXPECTATIONS! I told her I just wanted a newer car that was affordable & she said she could definitely do that. She remembered the car I really wanted from the previous year???s notes she???d saved & within 30 minutes had found a newer one in my price range... We took it for a test drive & I FELL IN LOVE, but I still tried not to get my hopes up b/c ???what are the odds this is going to work out now in less than a week???s time & I wasn???t even asking for it?!???... Well it worked! I spoke with AFTON about financing over the next two days (Friday/Saturday) then picked up MY DREAM CAR on Monday afternoon!!! AFTON was wonderful throughout the entire process. She was down to earth, relatable & kept me informed every step of the way! AFTON is AWESOME!!!
The management and staff at North Park Chevrolet Castroville, exceeded my expectations. There were extreamley knowledgeable in regards to my car and provided top notch customer service. Joe Allsup in perticular made my experience great!
Our local Audi dealership couldn't find the Q5 I wanted, so my son contacted a friend at Audi in Marietta (who he worked with at Jim Ellis VW Marietta several years ago). Shaun Camay called us back in a matter of hours - he had located the exact car I wanted! We worked out the financial details for trading in my Audi and financing the new one in a couple more hours and we were all set! My son and I drove to Marietta (we live in FL) over the Labor Day weekend and the car and Shaun were waiting for us. Besides being happy to see my son, the staff were wonderful to me and treated my like their mom, as well. The paperwork went quickly, the intro to the car was smoothly conducted and we were ready to go. It was actually the most fun I've ever had buying a car! We laughed, kidded about their temporary "trailer park" office, traded stories about our cars and promised to meet up before we headed home. I can't thank you all enough. Now, both of my cars (2006 Passat 3.6, which I bought from my son, and new Q5 Audi) are from Jim Ellis Marietta!!
I did my homework, looked at lots of options (Volvo XC60, Mercedes GLC300, etc.) and decided that the Audi Q5 was the way to go. Feature to price ratio falls in the middle between the Volvo and Mercedes, but the Audi made my heart flutter more than the other two. So I did my homework and studied packages and features to figure out what I really wanted this vehicle to have. Then I went through Costco and Sams Club pricing to see what kind of deal I could get. Costco referred me to another Audi dealer that I won't name--let's just say they are SOUTH of Atlanta. I drove all the way down from Forsyth County because they promised to same me money and offer some great services, but their deal was less than stellar. They knew my budget, did not offer much of a discount even with the Costco affiliation, and wanted to tack on extras such as $200 for nitrogen in the tires! I kind of ended up back at the drawing board and tried the Sams Club angle instead. They were looser in the dealer referral process than Costco, so through a couple of initial contacts, I ended up working with Ryan Asmer at Audi of Atlanta. Not only did he give me the Sams Club discount, he ended up knocking twice that again off the list price of a better vehicle. So I got a Q5 Prestige at a price lower than a Premium Plus at the other dealership! Everyone I dealt with at Audi of Atlanta was helpful and nice, and made the buying process as smooth and efficient as possible. I look forward to dealing with their Service department and a long relationship.

After more than 3 months of searching for the perfect replacement for my 2016 Nissan (I searched and test drove everything from Land Cruisers, RR Evoques, GS470s, 530XI wagons, Mazda CX-5, etc) I kept finding myself trying to find a nice, clean Audi wagon. While there were a few with limited service histories within 1-2 hour drives of me, I stumbled upon 3 really nice A3s at Audi Atlanta and sent them a web inquiry. While most dealerships take hours, days and even (for some really bad ones) weeks to get back with me, Travis Shapira gave me a call within 3 minutes of asking for more information. They agreed to give me a reasonable trade allowance on my vehicle, which sealed the deal for me taking the 6 hour drive to see them. Travis stayed in constant communication with me during my travels to Atlanta, and even stayed more than 1.5 hours later than published dealership hours to ensure that I was able to drive as many cars as I wanted to. He was exceptionally educated on all aspects of each and every vehicle and was educational without being pushy. I ended up finding a vehicle that I thought would fit my situation well, and he stayed in contact with me for the next day while I did additional research on the vehicle and made my decision to purchase. At no time did he treat me like "just another buyer," - his level of professionalism and passion for the brand and the products were exceptional. One of the best dealer experiences I have ever had. The finance team was also great. They were fun, easy going, and willing to offer all products and packages and were never hesitant to remove a product when I declined. If you live with 15 hours of Audi Atlanta, and are in the market for a new or used Audi product, Jim Ellis Audi is the only place you need to go. You will not be disappointed.
It all started when I emailed about a used vw gti they had, Mike Matthews emailed me right away and told me the car was sold. He asked me what I was looking for, so I figured I would give it a go. He told me about a few options that they had in stock at there dealership and partnering dealships. He drove almost 2 hours away to pick up the car and I was out in the same day! No pressure at all or bull! It was great, specially being at a car dealership. I drove off in a 2016 subaru sti! Love it and the dealership will always have my business! Thank you Ourisman👏👏👏👏👏

This car was a luxury I afforded myself. To-date uthasexceeded all of my expectations in comfort, style and performance. This is the ideal car for me. I have not owned the car long enough to accurately evaluate its reliability but, nothing has yet given me cause for concern.
Couldn't agree more with other reviewers... Lou was great to work with. He made the whole experience, which I usually dread, painless, fun, and very informative. He listened to what I wanted and provided all the information I needed to make a good decision, at a great price. I am very happy with my new A3!

This car meets all of my needs and then some! It is a very technical automobile and is easy to drive. It has a quiet ride, solid suspension and good acceleration. Gas mileage is also good and I do not have any issues with Audi service or costs. A good handling and safe overall vehicle.
Jeff is an exception to the car purching Salesperson, very patient, knowledgeable of his various models and goes beyond customer satisfaction in all aspects customer service. I've been a Mitsubishi owner for 8 different purchases and I must say after finding this dealership and my New Sales consultant I will be referring them to my family and friends as a No Gimmick No pressure Real type of car buying experience. Thanks again to Jeff for a great New car experience..:)
As soon as I walked through those doors there at Audi Brooklyn, I felt comfortable knowing I made the right decision. When I brought my 2009 Rogue in for service, I wasn't expecting to walk out with a new car. But, Bob Furman and David Reyes-Guerra helped me make a decision that would best meet my needs. Bob thoroughly explained the issues that were present with my 2009 Rogue, and explained roughly how much each repair would cost. He suggested I take some time to think about replacing the car due to its age, mileage, and the amount of repairs it needed. He set me up with a loaner car, and suggested I talk with David over the weekend for more information on buying or leasing. David was equally as helpful in the sales department, and talked me through of a variety of options for buying (used) or leasing. I walked away feeling zero pressure, as David suggested I take the rest of the weekend to talk things over with my husband. When I returned with my husband a couple of days later, David talked me through the features of the 2017 Rogue Sport I was most interested in earlier in the week, and had it ready for a test drive. Although it was a busy night at the dealership, David maintained patience and professionalism to negotiate a price that met my tight budget, helped switch over my insurance and license plates, set up my BlueTooth for me, and sent me off feeling excited to be driving a new, safe car. While I was waiting in the lobby, Todd Bennett came over to introduce himself and strike up a conversation. The whole experience at Bruce Bennett felt very personal.
