We were traveling and had a catastrophic electrical and overall power failure on I-77 in the construction zone north of Charlotte. We planned to stay overnight in Statesville and took the vehicle to the dealership in the morning. The service advisor accurately and correctly diagnosed the issue and determined the part was not in stock. Immediately they located a part at another dealership, sent a driver, and had us back on the road sooner than originally estimated. They even delivered the vehicle to us at our hotel. The service didn't meet the standard, it set a new level. There are dealerships in Detroit that could take lessons on the right way to deal with customers from Randy Marion Ford.
