I walked in after looking through several trucks over the past few months. I was greeted at the door by a nice salesman. Cody who let me take the time to look over the vehicle I had in mind. Most places I have visited over the past few months you could feel the rush or pressure like they didn't want you to take the time to pick your vehicle they just wanted to get you to sign anything. Not the case with Cody and Carolina Auto great place to look great people and even took the time to help me work out some things to make me more happy with my purchase. Cody and Jeff worked very hard to get me what I wanted.
i was referred to this dealer by a patient who purchased an automobile of same make and model as I was looking for. I found several jeeps online and realized this dealer only sold vehicles in superb condition....meaning there wasn't a car on the lot that looked like it couldn't sell. I phoned them and got Stan Miller on the line. He got the Jeep I was looking for to be shipped over from another store location to save me the trip. We scheduled a time to see vehicle, and the rest is history. I had spent the previous month shopping around at car dealerships and quite frankly, it is my least favorite thing to do. These guys at Carolina Auto Direct are professional and efficient and I would recommend them for anyone seeking to buy a used car. If they don't have the car you want, they can find it for you. I also worked with Manager James Stems who was fantastic as well! Overall A+ experience.
I had a great experience shopping and buying a car from this dealership. Joseph helped me with any questions or concerns. He was never pushy. He went above and beyond. I went to the lot looking for a car they had posted on their website but when I got there, I wasn't impressed with it. I ended up driving several of their other cars and decided on something completely different. The buying process took less than 30 mins. Everyone was super helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend this business and these employees to anyone looking to buy a car.
I pulled into to trading places and drove around to check out what they had. I was interested in a Nissan Sentra and maxima but had questions about them which Nathan answered. I decided against them but Nathan didn’t stop there. He walked around the parking lot which me showing similar cars on the lot as well as a handful that hadn’t been listed yet including an infinit g25. Test drove it loved it and decided to buy it. The process was pretty quick and everyone was friendly and helpful.
First off I have never liked going to car dealerships they are usually on top of you before you have a chance to get out of the vehicle. This was not the case at all with Modern Nissan. My wife and I looked around with no pushy salesman. When one did come over he was very friendly answered all our questions and was never pushy. After a couple days of thinking about it we called and told them the vehicle we wanted I answered some questions and texted my info to them we went in after work signed the papers and out the door no haggle no wait a great all around experience. I
Seth met me in the parking lot. I had hit a deer and totaled my car, so I was in a "situation". I explained my financing, credit, and payment options. We looked at a used car, and I even test drove it. When I returned to the dealership, I was told I couldn't get approved for a used car, but could get approved for a 2018. I was shocked! Needless to say, I came out with a better deal than I had planned. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and not pushy at all. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience!
Took my car in for an inspection. Got a free alignment check. Was in and out quickly. My service rep Tommy was great. Kept me informed. Even the service manager Mr. Jenkins met me before I left to ask about my visit. Great Experience
Service Manager, Chett Boschele, from my initial call to the time arrived was cordial, patient with answering my questions and very informative. The shuttle driver (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) was friendly and fun to converse with during my ride to and from work! Thank you for a wonderful first time experience. I bought one used car in excellent shape. Love it went back two weeks later to buy another car same exact vehicle one for me one for wife. Traded in our cars. Awesome awesome place to do business with. And when I want a different car in a couple of years I’ll go back to car lot. Thank you car lot you guys were great to do business with
My wife and I drove from Radford, VA. to purchase our Jetta. We looked the internet far and wide and finally went on the Cars.com site and we had finally found what we had been looking for. My initial phone conversation with Buddy was a relaxed, kind, and no pressure with a sincere willingness to sell us a great car at a fair price. We arrived late, past closing time but Buddy treated us as though we were the first customer of the day. This is nicest used car dealership I had ever experienced, my wife was quick to agree. We came to an agreement on the sale and it was seamless. Buddy called the next day to make sure all was good and to confirm we had made it home without incident. Would highly recommend this dealer, worth the drive for sure...Thanks very much for the great car buying experience.
cars.com was of great assistance in my search for a 2003 Chevrolet S-10 truck. I was able to view S-10's within a 200 mile radius. This able me to see available trucks and compare prices. This was a big help in my decision and help me to negotiate a fair price. I got to The Car Lot a little before 4:00 PM, which is 132 miles from my home, and drove off with my beautiful new truck before 5:00 PM. Tim had been honest in the description of the truck. I was just as he had described. Our negotiations were quick and honest. I am delighted. A great vehicle buying experience. I owned an interest in a high end, previous owned auto lot and, as an attorney, represented several new car dealerships. Tim and his partner conducted themselves in a professional, helpful and courteous manner. Overall, a wonderful experience.

This dealer takes care of their customers. They held the vehicle for us till we got there and did not try to sell it out from under us before we arrived. It was exactly as described in the ad. The vehicle was very clean and presentable. They were helpful all the way through the purchase. The owners manuals were not in the vehicle, so the sales manager purchased new ones and sent them to us by mail. They followed up after the sale to make sure we were happy with the purchase. I can't say enough good about this dealer. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.
My son just purchased his first vehicle from THE CAR LOT of lenoir. The day we purchased it there was a 700.00 dollar issue. But Im pleased to say Mike is fixing the problem. Im glad to see there are descent people still out there and is making his first purchase of a vehicle not feel so bad. Very upfront about the vehicle. Absolutely no pressure but quite willing to answer questions. Respectful, politeand easy to work with. WWe bought an older BMW and all cards were on the table. Would definitely recommend and would use again.
