Used 2015 Ford Escape for Sale in Watertown, MA

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

This vehicle so far is just what I was looking for.. Not sure yet how it performs in the snow hopefully it will be great seeing I live in the country with hills and etc..

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

I really like the car. Excellent value, 2015 used model, the car was from another long-time customer and was in great shape. Runs great and is in spotless condition.

I needed a replacement vehicle and my credit was recovering from the Recession,Ken Russian got me an excellent rate on a loan, which made it possible for me to buy a used car (with only 100 miles on it) right off the showroom floor. I had my hyperactive son with me and they did not give me any looks when he jumped all over the showroom (I did warn him to stay away from the cars!). This dealership's professionalism is unparalleled. When I brought the car in for service, everyone was completely professional and again, understanding of the child situation. Everything was explained and all questions answered. I gladly drive from Worcester to Framingham for service because I know I'm getting the best.

My Ford Escape is roomy and has just enough room and space for me and my family. We can not wait to take family trips!

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

Love everything except the front seat area. Does not have enough space in between seats for console area. Also, the windshield in the front is hard to clean.

Out of the blue I was contacted by a woman from Carvana on a Sunday when I actually had time to communicate. She and all of the subsequent reps who sent me information as I needed or requested it were professional and thorough. I was able to research the company online and was impressed with the entire concept of online selling and car buying and the ease with which I was able to find background information. Once I agreed to the offer I was taken step by step through the process. I was not confused even once by the process. I had nothing to do but gather my documents, upload them and then schedule a date for my car to be picked up and for me to be paid. The local rep. From Carvana came to my home exactly at the agreed upon time, was clear about what was going to happen, worked quickly and answered my questions. Once the papers were signed (I did not need to go to the DMV or AAA or to a notary) I received my check and my car was loaded on the one car hauler and driven away. I deposited the check that day and funds were available the very next day (which happened to be a Sunday). If I were not really strapped for time perhaps I could have made an extra $ 500-1000 overall by selling it to an individual but I would have worked very hard for that extra money and spent time I did not have available. Instead, I was not stressed by the extra work, my other responsibilities were able to be met and my car is off and becoming someone else???s beautiful Subaru. Great car for my needs. Lots of space, drives beautifully and handles marvelously. Economic fuel usage, and the rear view camera is great. Highly recommend.

This is how buying a car is supposed to be. Go online, get qualified, see the terms upfront, pick any car you like and then have it delivered to your doorstep. If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. There were some small blemishes on the interior and they sent out a car detailer to treat the problem. I was extremely impressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! If you have ANY hesitation - don't - my Carvana experience was FANTASTIC!

This SUV has surpassed my expectations. I love how it drives, it’s nice & smooth like a luxury car. It’s get almost 24 miles to the gallon. It’s s 4 cylinder but has the “kick” of a 6 cylinder. There’s plenty of room in it. I have the Titanium version and absolutely love the “extras” that I didn’t need but am glad I have now!!! This vehicle has far exceeded my expectations!!

John in Service Repair was excellent. Told me the problems with the car,the options and cost. He took me into the service bay to show me the damage to the blind spot sensor and the repairs that were needed.He then scheduled the repair at my convenience and arranged for a ride for my return home

This is a great vehicle. I was surprised at how roomy the interior is and the storage/passenger room available. This is the smaller 1.6 L turbo engine and it has more than enough power to drive the highway safely! Nice ride, very quiet! Love the dashboard design-looks super and has a lot of electronic stuff! Handles great, very stabile at low and highway speeds. Got lucky with this car, highly recommend it. Great gas mileage too.

The service manager was very helpful and informative about the service work being done on my escape (replacement of my left front parking lens) ford recommend job for 2.7 hours , which was close to 4 to 5 hours . Great Job to the mechanic and service manager .

Joe padula aloud me to rent a car through insurance with no credit card when no one else would. He dealt with the insurance company for me as I had no clue what I was doing. Padula auto did the repairs on my car that had some pretty good damage done to it, and restored it to its former glory! Their customer service is above and beyond. They kept open lines of communication and eased my fears. They did amazing work on my car and in a timely manor. I would recommend them to anyone and I plan on going back to them for all future service for all my automotive needs!

I would definitely but again. This is an excellent cast. Very comfortable. Rides well. Lots of bells and whistles because I bought the Titanium model.

This car buying experience was the result of failure at another dealership. After driving almost an hour to Abington and being underwhelmed by other dealers we drove by and stopped at Abington Auto Mall. The customer service was exceptional and the agents were very willing to make a deal. The representatives even helped set up car insurance and registration at the DMV which was gladly accepted. Was upset about driving so far for a crappy dealer but ended up receiving a great deal anyways with Abington Auto Mall!!

From heated seats, a moon roof, four wheel drive, cool features, and a pretty color. I love it! It drives awesome too. I have a big back seat and room to transport larger items! It's great.

I love everything about this car except not enough room for 3 car seats in the rear, you can fit them in but its a tight fit and hard to reach the seat belt connection, it do able but not easily done, I personally find that everything I need to use such as lights, gps, radio is all with in reaching distance and easy to use, its great on gas, drives quietly and of course my favorite feature is the back up camera

What's your worst nightmare when buying a used car? Mine is that I buy a car only to discover a major problem months after the dealer warranty expires -- and then I'm left holding the bag. I'm writing this superlative review of Auto City because they stand by the cars they sell, even when there are problems later on. In my case, I bought a 2007 Ford truck from them and garaged it on the Cape. About 10 months later I discovered a serious corrosion problem in the frame. It was well past the Auto City warranty date and I remembered that they had told me that they're a family business and they stand by the work they do to prepare their cars for sale. With little hope that they would help me out, I called and they immediately offered to take a look. Dan at Auto City had personally inspected the truck they had sold me, and he couldn't believe it was the same one. He understood that I had no choice but to take on a very expensive repair. I would have had no idea who to turn to, but they were able to tap their network to do a thorough and expert repair at a deep discount. Now I'm up and running with a truck that should last another ten years instead of having to sell it for parts. I would absolutely recommend Auto City without qualification and I hope to be able to buy another car from them someday.

Very good mileage, great heater and air conditioning. Love the fact I don't have to bend down or climb up to get in. Just slide straight across and sit. The stereo is excellent.

I bought this car from Ford, I was second owner, Ford Leasing was first. I have driven this car all over Texas, and to Colorado a couple of times. I still has 28,000 left on a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty.

Ultra quiet Q7 developed wierd rump-rump- rump noise related to speed. Thought sure it was so expensive drive train component. Was greatly relieved problem was uneven tire wear attributed to loss of wheel alignment. Can’t imagine how that happened as we only drive on the excellent po hole free byways of New England. Alignment corrected, tires rotated and Q is good to go. Still have some tire noise, but now we know why. Oh Q is exceptional isolating road noise and absorbing bumps & holes.

I wasn't sure at first about getting this small of a car/suv but oh my gosh after driving it I fell in love with it. It is great in gas mileage and is a zippy little thing. Also really like the hand free option to talk on my phone while driving. We are getting ready to help my daughter get a car and we are looking at a second escape in the family.

I recently reached the end of my lease with a competitor. After a very disagreeable experience with the dealer that I leased the car from, I visited Jack Madden Ford in Norwood Ma. The experience was a joy! I found the cooperation, and willingness that was not to be found at the other dealer. Our sales representative Paul Fioreza was friendly, knowledgable, and had a very relaxed attitude. I despise high pressure sales techniques, so Paul was just the kind of sales rep. that I enjoy working with. Along with sales manager Chris McLaughlin, Paul and he were able to make this lease work for me, and made this an enjoyable experience! I will be promoting this dealership , and their excellent staff to everyone I come in contact with who needs a car, without the high pressure tactics of the majority of dealerships!

I am so blessed coming from having no heat to this amazing vehicle is well worth the wait. The axle on my Jeep was separating as I was driving to the Dealership. God blessed me to get there safe. I did not have to drive the Jeep back home.

Perfect for my requirements. Plan to keep a long time. Great on road trips and around town. Have the 2L ecoboost, get ~ 29 mpg hwy, 22 city. Now have 105,000 miles, runs like new. Only 'repair' was to replace the vacuum pump (brakes). The battery is a PITA to replace.

I’ve leased my 2017 Escape for two years now. The only problems I had with it were a remote key fob that didn’t work. At the two and a half year mark at 14,000 miles the check engine light comes on. Code reading shows a bad coil in the no. One cylinder. Dealer fixed it. Four days later light on again this time it’s the number 4 cylinder. Good no more problems i like the car but the eco engine is woefully underpowered. Takes Forever to get it going. Space is good and I wish I had gotten the sync 3 entertainment system but sync is ok All in all it’s nit bad but to make it better you have go go up in trim and of course price I will not purchase or lease it again.
