I have always trusted the Town & Country service department. They do excellent work and are diligent when faced with a difficult service diagnosis. They spent months tracking down a problem with my son's car, found the issue, and charged me a reasonable amount. Bill Worthington is always up front with what needs to be addressed right away and what is coming up in the future.
Excellent experience. Because of Chad Wagner's professionalism, I will be considering Sabates Ford for a new vehicle when my lease is up in December, 2018.
I was referred to a Felix Sabates by someone at work. I took my trade-in over there to find a new SUV. My wife spoke with Shane over there on the phone and told him our situation. I arrived there the next day for my appointment with Shane. Shane left for the day, the manager brought over a new salesperson to work with me. Rick asked me what was discussed with Shane. Rick contacted Shane to get up to speed. Rick took me for a test drive in an a 2017 Ford Explored, absolutely loved it! It was a base model, Rick asked what was missing? I told him what I thought it needed, he managed to find another Explorer on the lot that was "new 2017" it had 2017 miles on it (funny right). It had all the upgrades I told him about and was only $3k more. He worked with the finance guys and Ford Motor Credit. I told him I had money to put down, but I needed to be at a certain price range. Rick and the finance team worked a deal out and got me into the brand new Ford Explorer within the price I was looking. After getting the paperwork signed I was walked over to Gary the finance guy, he went through all of the paperwork and discussed warranty options. I was a little uneasy about getting another extended warranty, since I only wanted the basic extended warranty he threw in the GAP insurance knowing I rolled over some negative equity into my new SUV. Gary finished my paperwork and walked me over to Jeanette who went over with me all of details of my car and showed me how everything worked. Other than spending nearly 4 hours there this was an AMAZING experience.
I have been a customer since the days of Bowie Ford. I have had all of my many Ford vehicles serviced there and have bought vehicles at this dealership. Chris Rice and the other service writers and techs at Quick Lane, and less often, the full service lane, have always treated me like a customer should be treated. I have never been offered a service which was not necessary or felt pressured in any way which is why my wife and I always return to Crossroads and refuse to step foot on the lots of other Ford Dealers in the area. I have sent many customers your way. I would only recommend Crossroads Ford begin servicing the Ford chassis of RVs like mine, an E 450 cutaway van, class C. I must have it serviced at a non Ford provider. Thank you for your many years of service. I will see you in a couple of weeks with my Mustang.

All personnel were very professional and courteous. I received the appointment I asked for. I was received and processed through in the morning and picked up and taken home by their shuttle service. The shuttle service driver was very safe, efficient, and courteous. The work I request to be done, 30k mile check up plus to perform recall work on the inside door panels of my 2015 Ford explorer were done correctly and completed quicker than I expected (2 hours). The shuttle driver picked me up very quickly, back to the dealership and on my way home. I will use Town and Country Ford again.

This SUV is a dream to drive and rides so smooth. Comfortable seating for 7 and easily accessible 3rd row seating. All the latest technology makes the Expedition easy to maneuver. Gas mileage up around 23 mpg so better than F-150. My best vehicle so far!!
MR Robert Mack was a super kind salesman. He meet us in the parking lot with such pleasure as if we we're best friends. He went out of his was to make our buying experience a pleasure no hassle at all. we have went to many dealerships but MR Mack was by far the nicest of them all. he made sure we didn't need anything to eat or drink. we are so glad we came to Keith Hawthorne Ford. I would give MR Mack salesman of the year. He was the most honest salesman that i have ever done business with. We're so glad we made the drive which we live in Calhoun county ST Matthews SC. For what I’m paying the 2018 (and on) Ford Expedition is incredible. The performance the look (interior and exterior) is awesome. This thing continues to surprise me. It beat the Cadillac Escallade in a video I watched recently in almost every category!
We were apprehensive after reading some of the reviews here but A.J. Franks and Cathy Hill were so helpful in answering our questions, taking photos, and following up on our requests so we decided to make the 900 mile trip each way and the car was everything they promised. It looks new and A.J. went beyond what you could ever expect. He was wonderful, kind, polite, patient and setting up services such as codes, Bluetooth, and explaining many things about the vehicle’s operation. We left a thrilled customer counting our blessings on the way home. The dealership personnel were polite and helpful and we were treated with great courtesies. We can’t say enough good about our experience. Bless you A.J.!

It’s nice.a lot of money for this suv but what vehicle is cheap.if it is reliable then it would be worth the price. After all it a ford .?
I recently purchased by first new car at Capital Ford of Charlotte. My salesman Chance was incredibly helpful and met my every need. He listened to my budget and taste and worked with me so I went home with my beautiful red 2017 Ford Fiesta that I absolutely love!! I traded in a 2016 Platinum Expedition for a 2018 Platinum Expedition. I was absolutely blown away by the difference. This is like driving a Lexus. The fit and finish are perfect, super quiet ride, every gadget you could want and then some. It is a tremendous value for the luxury you get. You have to test drive it to believe because I was skeptical as well. could not believe the difference.
Great guys great people! Normally the manager can be a pain, but my experience here at Capital was great all the way down to the finance guy... two thumps up.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. I love the exterior Ford stepped up on this one, interior is very roomy, I do not like the vents, but the vehicle itself is very nice. Rides good, but I am concerned about gas mileage. On average down the road at 60-65miles per hr the best average was 16.9miles/gallon.

The Expedition is my second Expedition and I am happy with the product. Provides all my needs in a vehicle. First with Bob Moore Ford, but I will be back.
Planning my retirement I decided to purchase this vehicle aligning my retirement with the vehicle being paid off. I had owned trucks before & knowing I would be doing side jobs I thought I'd rather go SUV instead of truck. As long as the seats could go down and allow me to put stock in the back.
WELL, that's was easley met, this vehicle is a luxury suv filled with comfort, style, high performance and technology. Something to make retirement years worth it
It is a great car but wish the trunk would have more space, everything else is excellent... my kids love it, they finally have enough room for their legs :))
