2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.

I went to MD Buick GMC a couple of months ago to inquire about purchasing a 2025 Hummer EV SUV. We discussed several options and the staff was extremely knowledgeable about EVs, especially the Hummers. Cole (sales rep) was amazing to work with! Great guy! Passionate about what he does and truly cares about his customers! Grant (sales manager) actually took us on a test drive of the SUV to better inform us of its capabilities! The test drive was a blast! He took his time to answer all of the kids questions, was patient and really made everyone feel a part of the process! When we got to the negotiating, Todd (GM) made sure that we got the best deal possible! He was super easy to work with, made sure we understood everything, and got exactly what we wanted. Austin (Finance) took great care of us as well! Again, made sure we got everything we needed, went over all the numbers again to make sure nothing was missed, and helped us get all the coverages we needed/wanted! Ryan (service manager) was extremely helpful in making sure we got the accessories we needed, like a home charger! He was super informative, and took great care of us! Everyone was truly amazing to work with throughout the entire buying process! The next time I am looking for a vehicle, I will absolutely go back and let them help me find the vehicle I want!
